All there in the title. What should they do that WFC1 didn't? How could they improve on the concept and gameplay of WFC1? What should they borrow from the DOTM game?

In everyone's opinion, the connectivity issues should be fixed up for WFC2. WFC1 is not unplayable because of the issues, but they are prevalent and annoying.

Also, I was playing Escalation, and I was shot down. Now you know what this means! Someone has to come over and help me. This system is what pisses me off the most about Escalation. If everyone is off shooting enemies, you're stuck. And if you are saved, you only have one "block" of health and are promptly shot down again. Also, you have to wait until the end of a wave to respawn. If there was a station where someone could give up a huge amount of points to respawn dead teammates, that could work.

Different Characters and new weapons and abilities would be fantastic. The former is bound to occur, but the latter two need to happen to keep our interest. I want a better story, one that's a bit better about keeping your interest.

Also, make the objectives different each time. Running, shooting, and running some more is okay, but hows about making one level defending a certain area until backup arrives? Or carrying something through a level? Or escorting someone? Or perhaps leading a team of AI's into battle? Just some variety.

But yes, the connectivity issues need to be fixed. Otherwise, my suggestions being fulfilled will make this game perfect for me.

The thing that will get decreed the most is host migration.

It would also be wise to have some sort of check so non DLC'd players don't get thrown into a DLC game.

I feel DotM did good with the removal of ammo so I would want that to become part of WFC2.

Also keep it on Cybertron but give more varied environments. Make something forest like, ocean like, etc. You could also have high altitude battles.

Now that the big stuff is out of way, the upgrades that would make me super happy in the pants would be an upgraded character creation system. I want the game to pull a Halo Reach and let you make a character(s) and use them in multiplayer and single player. Allow you to customize the characters as much as possible with as many color choices as possible. You can offset the "identify team by color" problem by borrowing from DotM again with the colored outlines.

Personally, I'd like to lose the hover mode, but since that seems to be their trademark thing now, I don't see it happening.

I wouldn't mind them taking a page from the Lego games and have the ability to switch between members of your team for different purposes. Scouts should be able to bypass areas through small access tunnels, Leaders and Soldiers should be able to destroy path obstructions.

DLC that's actually new, and not set aside before the release of the game.

And of course most importantly, actually listening to what people complained about for their two prior games, and fixing the damn multiplayer.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Fix the AI transformation invincibility, and add host migration. Smoothing out some of the other bugs would be nice too.

I actually really like DOTM's health and ammo systems; I think those should be integrated into WFC2 as well.

An really in depth character customization system would be awesome. Different rims would be cool, and more than two "color sectors". Headsculpt customization would be cool, and your character's head would be shown if someone selects your character. Each "chassis" would have parts you could customize, like on Bumblebee you could choose stripes or no stripes. Some chassis would have engines you could choose to have revealed or hidden. Changing the color of the "Tron lines" would be cool, or you could change some effects of the boosters so they have sparkles or a distortion effect, or your tires leave fire behind, etc.

    Ebay:
Overhaul the online infrastructure. Host migration, easy drop in drop out, etc.

Remove DLC from the main playlist if people playing don't have the map. So that it doesn't kick you from the game and return you to the menu. I am not paying inflated prices for crap DLC, and you won't hamper my base game when you decide you want more money out of me.

Make movement and melee more solid. Sometimes just normal jumping feels odd as you slide around when landing from a jump. Focus on a bigger melee component this time around, with the melee button to not feel so slidey when using it. It needs more meat. For example, have one press of the button draw out your melee weapon and swing it, but it puts you in melee mode after and allows you do duke it out with other bots in melee mode or smash the heads of those still running and gunning. You can expand combat with all kinds of options here.

Make vehicle modes more like vehicles, more necessarily, and more strategic than "faster mode that still feels like a shooter." They need some heft behind them. Drifting, easing into cover, Transforming special moves, etc. To be honest I would give it light cover based options you can skid into from vehicle mode. Maps should be set up to allow driving exploits and tricks like big jumps and close turns.

More weapons, more characters, more story. Also if you're going to have coop throw in split screen.

Also character customization that's actually, you know, good. Face, altmode, kibble swaps on with a templet. Maybe transforming style.

    I want:
    - Much Better Character Customization
    - Different controls so that if I want to back stab somebody, I don't turn into a car accidentally

as I always say, split screen is the biggest thing to me

beyond that better customization would really be appreciated, I at least want to be able to change the head.

DLC, proper chat, support, host migration, a longer, and more in-depth campaign, for ALL versions.

Have the kill to death ratio create some kind of average.
    Better character customization.
It'd also be nice to drive across a map at full speed without hitting an invisible wall.

How does WFC not involve skill? If there's no skill involved, then there's only luck. If there's no skill, why do I or other friends I play with get upwards of 30 to 40 kills in a Conquest match? The other night I went 25 and 0 in a match. Wouldn't that, at least by basic logic, take some skill?

How could HM make WFC2 a better game? Quit and give it to a better team of game developers.

    -Host migration.
-Split-screen multiplayer and campaign so you can play the game locally.
-Better custom character customization for both factions.
-More DLC. Have some of it that just doesn't unlock data that's already in the game, I mean actual DLC.
    -Longer campaign.
-More characters and maps. Especially maps.

The skill required for War for Cybertron is laughable. Its the basic "the one that shoots first wins". Also, War for Cybertron depends ALOT on luck.

I also got 25-40 kills most of the time. But its just not fun, because its just so basic. You never feel like you are playing really "good" in WFC, because there is such a low skill level required. Everyone can kill everyone. In a game like Unreal Tournament or ROTF, that are completely based around skill, there is no chance that a weaker player could EVER defeat a great player.

Best example: In WFC, a single player can never carry an entire team if the other team is overall superior. In ROTF, thats completely possible.

Your comment above proves my point. If a weaker player could NEVER defeat a great player, then that's skill. If a weaker player could beat a great player...well that's called luck, right?

In addition, I personally know people who are capable of winning a match singlehandedly against an organized team.
