Long story short: I'm thinking about buying the iGear Conheads.

My reseller options are kind of limited because many dealers have chosen (understandably) not to stock them, and i've heard iGear themselves duck emails about faults.

So if i throw the cash TFSource's way, and i end up with a dud, will they sort it out for me?

Ok, I have never returned anything to TFsource that I have bought from them as I seem pretty lucky with getting a good product first time. As for their customer service its top notch. Always a fast and very helpful reply.

I don't know what their policy on broken items is but have a look around the FAQ's on the website it should tell you? Failing that send them an email. It will get answered quick and if they want $300+ from you they should tell you.

    Hope this helps!

Don't most of their items have "no returns\no refunds policy"? That always drove me away.

I had a really good experience with TFSource when I had a defective part to my FP Shadow Commander. I emailed them, told them the issue and was willing to send them the part as proof. They said don't worry about it and sent me the replacement part.

I've had 2 exchange/defective products in my numerous dealings with them.

The first time was with a WST Sludge, half his head was broken off right out of the box. Emailed them about and a few weeks later got a full replacement.

Second was they sent a 2010 Unicron to me, it was supposed to be a "mint" package. Got it opened up their shipping box and noticed a nice big gouge in the side. Emailed them about it, they told me to send it back and they would send a new one. They got the damaged Unicron box from me and reimbursed shipping and sent a new one out. They were very apologetic for what happened.

So they are top notch in my books. :D
