Hotmail's "standard" and "enhanced" security

    I've been curious about this for a while. Why does Hotmail offer you a choice of "standard" or "enhanced" security? There's no visible difference to the user... so why not just have the enhanced version? Doesn't make sense to me.

    They do it because it doesnt make sense :p .
