    And who uses electric blankets?

:lol  I think he meant his mom and also his wife....I hope. Anyhoo, I would suppose in climates where its not a 105 degrees with 65% humidity everyday. But generally peeps that use those don't want a hefty heating bill.

Its going to be 91 and humid as hell today; hot water bottles and electric blankets are the last thing on my mind.

I only use a hot water bottle if I have a bad stomach or am ill and shivery.

Any other time (apart from when it's cold and my girlfriend is sleeping here) I have a fan on full blast beside my bed, even in Winter. I now find it difficult to sleep without the whirring and the air passing over me. I suppose an alternative option would be to get a robot to fart on me.

If you are sleeping with your mom and your wife you don't have to worry about keeping warm. It'll be plenty warm where you are heading.:D

Seriously, I'm a big guy. I have no problems keeping warm. It's staying cool that is a bitch. If you are cold, I suggest multiple layers of clothes and a good bottle of schnapps.

^. On the RARE occasion that I'm cold, we have 3 Siberian Huskies. Nothing else needed. They're snugglers and think they're lapdogs anyways. Thus the expression 3 Dog Night.

    Spoon is 17. ;)

I'm not sure as to what crazy laws they have over there, but if your wife is also your mom, and you can get married at 17, I'll stay away from Australia, thank you very much.

Although the three of them together would be pretty warm, I would imagine it would make things... awkward...

After re-reading it, he does say "A my mum/wife", so I assume that he meant that as a possible result from us "my mum" or "my wife" and punctuation was absent. At least, I choose to believe that to preserve my faith in the people of this board.

    Aheheh.

Last time I try to cover my bases.

I wrote it to stop posters replying to 'What keeps you warm at night?' with 'Your mum!' or 'Your wife!'.

    Hoorah for misinterpretations.

When cold, I use blankets. If the problem is too great I have a box on the wall that I use to adjust the furnace settings, called a thermostat.

With that attitude, it's hardly surprising.
