Could anyone post pics of the base modes of G1 Hot Spot and Silverbolt? I've got them both and I would like to try the base modes. Thanks!

you can also combine them with metroplex and tryticon in citymode (never documented in the us line) and if you didn't know you can attach the scramble limbs to metroplex as well

Here are some pics of them combined with Metroplex, they're the KOs but it gives you the idea

You can find detailed instructions on how to transform them into "base mode" on Botch's site, he has a ton of instructions scanned from G1.

    Hot Spot & Silverbolt

Also if you didn't know, the Stunticons, & Combaticons also have a base mode that combines with Trypticon :D

    Hope this helps

Are you sure? I knew about it as a kid in the 80s and I swear I saw in the instructions but maybe it was somewhere else. I was 100% unaware of Japan period as a kid so I know it was an American source where I learned it.

EDIT: Ahhh yes, I saw them in Trypticon's instructions.
