One Million, they are outa their minds. While those boxes are in nasty awesome shape, everything is open. That collection may be worth 80-100K tops. Still, if they broke it into individual auctions they would make more.

That sure is one hell of a collection. Too bad I'm still working to get my first million...
Still, they'd get more money to sell individually

I thought the same thing. He's a gold digger, and he wants that collection.

Man, some of that stuff I have never seen. Especially that Mail Away Movie Prime. I wonder if Alphie even knows about some of those oddities at the bottom of the page.

    Man, talk about ridiculous!

Honestly, she has some nerve asking for that much. It certainly is a fantastic collection, but I wouldn't think its worth more than $50,000. She's treating the mean value of the items to be $3636.36. There is no way in hell that the avg. cost of these items is close to that! Hell, most of the items aren't even MISB! I know she's trying to get rich, but talk about overvaluing your collection. The majority of items there probably aren't worth more than a few hundred dollars each.

This kind of gouging is just sad.

    Ebay:
Okay, this is just INSANE!!! I currently value my ENTIRE collection, which includes most of G1 boxed (although not in as good shape or as complete), at just under $18,000. My calculation also includes virtually every American toy released since Armada debuted!

If she gets this RIDICULOUS price, we should all consider selling!!! I'll sell for a 5,555% markup! Hell, my stuff is CHEAP, at $1295.34 per package, or a STEAL at $920.81 per figure (of course, that means opening packages). Anyone want a $920.81 minicon? :lol  :lol  :lol  :lol

I think someone should send her a link to this thread. Just to let them now what the Tf community thinks of their auction.
