I've heard of better, color versions of this, bot I have yet to see proof.

How did they do the Gorillaz concerts? I thought those were true 3D images projected onto a stage?

Wow, I so want one. With Vista having 3-D dsiplay functions, it's only a matter of time until our computer screens look like Taelon steering systems from Earth: Final Conflict.

Saw something on tv about a yr ago where a Japanese wiz said he was inspired by Star Wars so Is making holographic technology similar. Like holographic phones.

He was using a bunch of mirrors with digital lasers. Wonder if there's any relation with this one. The technology is awesome. Wish they'd hurry up with it before were too old to enjoy it all lol

Military could do wonders with it. Have a 2nd holographic army as the first infantry line so they'll take most the hits .
Cant wait to play some Street Fighter with this tech on the PS 5 or 6 hehe

Get video game people, and movie monster designers to make the holograms, and you've got a hell of a psychological weapon. Seeing thousands of soldiers bearing down on you is one thing, those soldiors being zombies and giant mutant freaks is something else entirely. Giant mecha looming on the horizon could screw with somebody's head, too.

Meanwhile, the real forces are advancing from another direction, under a hologram of the undisturbed countryside.
