I was going to call it the "Christmas Tree Thread" but did not want to offend or exclude anyone. So I figure this way anyone can show off what they got.

This is our tree, a 7 foot Douglass Fir (I think) $40 at Target..Yay Target!

Sorry if it's too early, but we did it for the kids. :)

It's not too early. I know a lot of people set up trees and decorations the day after Thanksgiving. My gf got her first tree in eight years last night. It's in her house but she's calling it "ours." Her cats are already drinking the water out of the stand. :lol

We forgot to buy lights though. So pics are delayed by a couple days.

Got a fake tree put up in our parlor the day after Thanksgiving. Mom put lights and garland on it yesterday. We're going to get a real tree for our great room (it's a combination dining/living room).

I am going to try and get myself a small tree for my room, and see if I can't decorate it TF-style.

Thats an awesome tree pscoop! I need to get some TF decorations.

I'd love to have a real tree but a) I'm too cheap to buy one every year and b) I'm too lazy to clean up the mess.

    So, here's my fake one.

Nice pics Grimlock. And thanks to you and ILD for the compliments. :)

And your cat is almost an exact clone of my cat Cleo.

Eeee :D  nice stuff so far. I'll take pictures once everything is done at my place.

Although, what will stick with me for the rest of my life is this conversation I had with my grandmother as she was putting up the Nativity scene above the TV. I was upstairs and heard what I thought was a very loud "s***". Ran downstairs to make sure she was okay and asked her what was wrong.

Her: Oh no no no I said "shoot"
    Me: *eyeing her, thinking riiiiight*

So I head back upstairs and hear her scream, very loudly. "S*** I forgot to put up the G** D*** Camel!"

    I busted out laughing.

    Nice Decepticon ornament, pscoop.

Too bad I'm not putting up my tree this year (same goes for last year)... maybe for some Xmas garlands.

Thanks Target had a few different sets. I went with the Decpt/Megs combo.

Here is mine ... went small scale this year since I have been out of work this last month and half. About a year and half ago I lost my best friend, my dog Amber. I miss her so much ... I will spare you all that sap. Anyway, this year I was at Target and they had a bunch of Amber colored ornaments and I got the idea to do a tree in honor of her. The ornaments and lights reflect the amber color, I think I did well.
The baskets with the ornaments, the santa hats and the ornaments in the basket all came from a dollar store. Amazing what you can do!

The tree only cost me $10 at Target!

All these pictures are nice :} I love the Holidays.

Anyway, I bought the movie Megatron with his alt mode set for our tree... and placed them on while showing my Grandmother.

Me: See he's one of the Transformers.
Her: Ohhh isn't he cute! :D

    Nice trees everyone!

I've been putting up lights these past couple of days, have yet to acquire and decorate a tree and stuff. Will post pics when it's all done! ;)
