Holy crap, Henkei Dinobot is looking wonderful. Guess I may pick him up after all to accompany the Hasbro version.

Wow... even the Henkei treatment can't make that Dinobot mold even remotely interesting.

What's with the little Batman cars?

Whats the Burton, Schumaucher, Nolan, and Timm Batmobiles doing there?

Dinobot looks nice. If I had the money I'd get him, but I'll stick to my custom.

The toys shown at the top of the page are non-TF items.

Unlike Gundam or Masked Rider etc. which get multiple page spreads per issue, TFs get minimal page space in Japanese hobby magazines. Usually 2-3 pages max. Of all the hobby mags (Dengeki Hobby, Figure King etc.), Hobby Japan usually gives TFs the least attention, shunting it right to the back of the magazine along with the other miscellaneous riff raff. Hence why the TF items end up sharing the page with some other toys.

What's that, you say? Transformers aren't the biggest, most epic thing in existence in Japan?! Madness! MAAAAAAADNEEESSSS!

    :lol

Choro Q is another TakaraTomy toyline. So Hobby Japan is just grouping TT's product lines together, which isn't much of a surprise.

Oh, insert doting comment about Henkei Dinobot here.

Once again, greatest Dinobot and Grimlock toys ever and I need both.

Dinobot's is awesome; a great character finally gets a great mold that gets a great paint-job he deserves.

Is it me or is the missile colored that way to look like Dinobot's sword?!

The Grimlock text says 25cm which is actually makes him larger than the MP seekers and larger than the 23cm I was expecting. While not quite MP-01 size it may just do.

Every time I see that particular group, I still think those Legends toys are really quite nifty, Hasbro's designers did themselves proud there.

Masterpiece Grimlock, looking forward to that shipping. I notice it mentions "25cm" in the blurb, presumably the bot mode height, and "ABS" - do we already know if this is the first all-plastic MP, or does it still have some die-cast?

And get a load of the ugly little gold Batmobiles. Eeek.

Man, I can not wait for MP Grimlock... every time I see pics of him I get really excited. I'd probably pick up the Henkei version of Dinobot as well if I hadn't already picked up the Universe version back in January.

Yeah, the missile has a peg in it so that you can fit it nicely into his hand to use as his sword. Frankly, I'm waiting for the inevitable Grimlock remold of this figure.
