Haven't read through the whole thread yet, but to me it seems like this is the exact same script that was leaked first, very early on. The streetracing, Soundwave being a High Priest. It's all the same as the first script that was leaked really. Edit: never mind, I see now that this was an old thread being bumped. Sorry!

I could, but there's so many awesome stuff in this that it would be pointless. But the basic jist is this:

[SPOILERS[?]] Starscream is king of the Decepticons now ("I WILL NOT LET THE ALLSPARK'S FATE BE OUR OWN!"), but is opposed by a rebel force of Decepticons, led by High Priest Soundwave. Both factions discover a new energy source on Earth, capable of powering Cybertron, so they go to Earth (unknowingly followed by Hotrod, an Autobot spy). Soundwave arrives first because he hijacked the Nemesis, changes it outward appearance to that of an aircraft carrier, and retrieves Megatron from the ocean floor and resurrects him.

What's awesome about that resurrection is that it COMPLETELY makes sense. Soundwave is named that because he's the master of soundwaves, and he can use them to create highly concentrated energy which can empower the repairsystems of dead Decepticons (this is the sole reason why he is High Priest). BUT, it requires massive amounts of energy (hence the Nemesis) and Soundwave HAS to be near Megatron, otherwise Megatron will die again.

Sam is now living in NYC where he studies at an university, and to prevent Bumblebee from being bored to tears he goes to streetraces with him (accompanied by a highly annoying stereotype Asian roommate who is undoubtedly a Hiro ripoff). Mikaela remains in the westcoast until her father's released from jail, both monitored and protected by the Autobots and USA government.

Hotrod arrives, scans a Lamborghini and reports to Prime about what he found out. Prime realizes the danger, and orders Hotrod to protect Mikaela and go seek out an old friend, which turns out to be Simmons. Simmons leads them to an ex-Sector Seven member who's the other First Seven descendant besides Simmons, and he reveals that the mysterious energy source is the byproduct of harvesting the Allspark's power. This orb is hidden in a giant undergroand bunker, which is referred to as the City of Light. It's the first and only successfull cold fusion experimenting, and it's used to power the entire USA. Only one place was suitable enough to hide it: Las Vegas. Hotrod relays this, Prime realizes what is at stake, and orders all Autobots to head to Vegas, NOW. Simmons also tells the President (Keller?) to evacuate Las Vegas as soon as possible.

Sam and Bumblebee get Prime's message after a streetrace, and immediately set course for Vegas, following Route 66. They stop to give Sam a break, and in a cafetaria he finds out through a news broadcast that a Decepticon had attacked and demolished HIS dorm. He realizes that there is no time for a break, so he heads back to Bumblebee and proceed with their course to Vegas. But along the way they encounter a construction yard, and are surprised to find the Constructicons there, who combine into Devastator and attack them. But they're saved in the nick of time by Magnus and his crew, who disable Devs by taking out of one of his limbs. From there they continue their journey to Vegas, and the script treatment makes particular note of this being the ultimate roadtrip and American road experience (nice nod to Route 66).

Oh, there's also something revealed about Prime ACTUALLY having a Creation Matrix, which is used to give the Allspark created botes actual intelligence. Megatron needs the Matrix to handle the Allspark power hiding in his body and for his body to finally return to it's former glory and stop being dependent on Soundwave for life support. It should also be noted that the Matrix is only meant for the Order of Primes, while the Allspark is appearantly protected by Megatron's order.

The Autobots and military set up their defense at the abandoned Vegas, and it isn't long before Starscream and his contingent arrive there, hellbent on taking the orb for themselves. DOZENS of Decepticon Protoforms make planetfall, but they are taken out by a mid-air fight with Autobot Protoforms, who manage to knock them away from Las Vegas. It's only a temporary defeat though, but thankfully, UM, BB and the others have arrived in Vegas now. Two groups are formed: One on the edge of the city and the other around one of it's famous towers, which is the 'door' to the City of Light.

Starscream's troops reach the edge of the city and engage in a massive fight with the Autobots, but the Autobot protoforms are unable to stop them. A largescale firefight between the two factions break out, but to the shock of the military, the DECEPTICONS CAN NOT BE HARMED BY SABOTS. Starscream has given his troups anti-Sabot shields, which also renders the Autobot's weapons mostly useless. The military quickly retreat to the tower while calling for reinforcements, leaving the Autobot forces to engage in a giant fistfight with the Decepticon troops.

The military's reinforcements arrive in the form of the Airforce and ground forces, but to everyone's shock, they all TRANSFORM, crushing the human forces in them and revealing themselves to be Megatron loyalist. Now it's a threeway fight, and Simmons, Sam, Mikaela, Ellison (old ex-S7 guy) and some human soldiers decide to head into the bunker for their own safety. But Scorponok then arrives, having drilled into the bunker and now enroute to the core of the city.

Simmons, Ellison, Sam and Mikaela see that the Decepticons are defeating more and more Autobots and coming uncomfortably close to the tower, so Simmons and Ellison decide to use a last resort: A specially developed EMP bomb that will destroy all Cybertronian beings and objects, including the Autobots and the Core. Simmons relays this message to Prime, who realizes they must sacrifice themselves to stop Megatron and Starscream and end the war once and for all.

But just then, Scorponok retrieves the orb while trashing the part of the command center where the controls for the EMP bomb are at. Mikaela decides to activate the bomb herself, so Simmon sends a group of soldiers with her while Ellison talks her through it. But Megatron is no fool, so he sends out Soundwave into the battle to stop them while another Megatron loyalist (which SCREAMS Barricade) decides to go after Mikaela, killing the humans and trashing the stairs. Bumblebee goes after the loyalist while Soundwave fights with Prime, and Soundwave manages to kick Prime's ass and rip the Matrix out of his chest.

Bumblebee and the loyalist have a bloody fight while climbing the tower, and BB manages to dismember the loyalist. But this doesn't stop the Decepticon, and he makes it's way onto the top of the power, where Mikaela has just managed to activate the bomb...

...Only to be blown up by Megatron's missiles, who has decided to stop her himself after seeing the failing loyalist. Megatron is knocked back by the explosion along with Bumblebee, and unvoluntarily cushion's the Autobot's fall when they hit the ground. When Megatron regains his feet he is approached by Soundwave, who gives Megatron the Matrix, fully empowering the Decepticon leader. And Megatron has only one thought on his mind: KILL THAT USURPER, STARSCREAM.

As Megatron's troops defeat that of Starscream, the two commanders have an aerial fight (THROUGH THE GRAND CANYON) which ends outside Las Vegas, but Screamer is no match for the mighty Decepticon leader. As the fight cools down throughout the city, Starscream is dragged by his circuits by Megatron towards a central tower, where he's cruficied to make an example. Megatron rips out Starscream's entrails and asks if he has any last words, and Starscream replies with "I have opened the way", broadcasting the message to Cybertron. While he dies the rest of his fleet is launched, all of his followers enraged by his death (most saw him as much more of a benelovent ruler then Megatron, who was an egoistical power hungry fool).

A grieving Sam confronts Prime about Mikaela's death at the hands of Megatron, and is comforted by Bumblebee. Prime is saddened at his failure to protect her, but tells Sam that the most important thing right now is to retreat from the city before Megatron's forces pick them off. The Autobot convoy leaves the city, while on the ruined top of the tower Mikaela wakes up, just as the forcefield of the Megatron loyalist finally gives out. She looks around and sees the ruin that was once Las Vegas, realizing that this isn't over, not by a long shot. [END SPOILERS]

That's the basic jist. A few odd things (Soundwave not being a spy, Screamer being more like Armada Starscream, the annoying Asian sidekick and Devastator being presented as fanwank), but everything else IS MADE OF WIN AND AWESOME. Try to read it if you can, the actual document is so much more detailed.

Those are old script because Bob Orci and Michael Bay both said this treatment will not use in TF2 and its has been on internet almost 1 year ago.

It's from 2007. I'm not trying to be a prick I'm just wondering why other threads that are even more recent get closed when ones over a year old don't.
