If you threw that on the ground would it break into a million pieces or is it just frozen on the surface?

I remember we dipped an apple in nitrogen in chemistry class and then we threw it on the ground and it shattered like glass before returning to edible room temperature.

So why can't I dip my hand in nitrogen and expect it to come back to life?

Chemistry was only four years ago for me, but I had about a 9% in that class so...

I'm paying for that now, though. I'm wasting a quarter taking an introduction to chemistry class. But it isn't all that bad. The material is easy and the teacher is OOOOOOOOOOOOOOMG.
