Funny thing is that I only mentioned Lucy as she's the only Asian actress I know of. The only other one is the one from Grey's Anatomy, but I don't think she's so hot
That'd be Sandra Oh. She's Korean. I like her because he was hilarious on Arli$$. But looks wise? Yeah. Pass.
To hell with it, I'm feeling good. Tomorrow I return the gym. I demand (ask very nicely) that one of you fit muscular types provide me with some sort of effective routine (please).
There are many Asian celebs who are hotter than Lucy Liu but alas they are not well known in the West. Of all the Asian actresses in Hollywood only Kelly Hu, Ziyi Zhang, and Ming-Na Wen are decent looking.
Your plan sounds good and reasonable. I changed my eating habits similar to yours, i.e., eating more veggies and fruits and staying away from processed and fast foods. I also work out several times a week. I lost 33 pounds in around 5 months and have kept it off for over a year and half now by doing what your doing. I also rarely get as sick as much and have tons more energy to do day to day activities. Good luck in achieving your goals.
LOL. What gets me though is that she is actually quite pretty, but because she plays spoilt and stuck up so well it rally affects my opinion of her. (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon? Rush Hour 2? Even in Hero!) Well I guess that just says what a great actress she is. On topic, my suggestion would be to set up a calendar to note down what days you worked out and what you did. (either buy one with big squares for every day, or design one yourself in Excel or something) I did something like this... With the numbers representing workout sets (up to 3 a day supposedly, but if you look I haven't done 3 in a day... well ever it seems. ) and letters representing Gong Fu Classes. This way I can quickly see what I've been doing and when. Which really helps me to get regular exercise a lot! Now that whole 'no 3 sets in a day' is annoying me. I have to fill all those days from now, so every day has something in a square.
I dunno man. After seeing her in interviews and such, it's more like those characters she plays are simply a reflection of her. A stuck up megabitch.
