A little religion, a little intergalactic war, a story that's definately more than meets the eye. From the ancient Earth to the origins of Cybertron, this is the beginning of my take on history. Stay tuned for the conclusion: "When Woulds Collide" HISTORY Before there was space, before there was time, before creation itself, HE existed. Unimaginable power, omniscient and omnipotent, so powerful and majestic that the void that would one day become the universe cried out to HIM, magnifying HIM, for indeed HE, was worthy to be praised. This being, this God, whose very name was a testament to HIS ever-present existence was about to put things into motion; HE was about to become a father, the FATHER! The moment had come and YHWH’s mind conceived, but what HIS mind conceived was not a thought, but a son, the firstborn of all creation, and HE called His name Primus! By the FATHER and through the FATHER Primus grew. He grew wiser and closer and closer to THE FATHER, so close it was as if the two were one, for the Spirit of the FATHER dwelled within Him. Primus approached the FATHER and said to HIM, let us begin creation and let us make living creatures, creatures in our own image. It pleased THE FATHER to oblige Him, and with THE FATHER’s blessing through Primus all creation came into being, it took 6 days! Primus surveyed this vast universe He had created and thought to Himself that it was good, really good. At the center of His creation was a gorgeous blue planet with flowery fields, sparkling oceans, and intelligent life. On the sixth day of creation He had created a being that caused His pride to swell, a being which was the object of His undying love, a being created in His own image, that being He called Man! Man knew Primus and THE FATHER as one and came to call them by the name God. God and Man visited daily, and God was very please with Man and bestowed on him dominion and power over all of God’s creation provided that Man obeyed God and did not do the one thing that he was forbidden to do by his creator, and that was to eat the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. God said that the day man ate of its fruit he would surely die, and in time man would make this fatal error. Man was promptly banished from the garden he had come to know as Eden and God removed the precious jewels of the garden from the planet Man inhabited that had come to be known as earth and placed it deep in the outer reaches of the galaxy were Primus rested, with the burden of disappointment and thoughts of a future sacrifice to save man from death on His mind. The sin of Man not only brought death to him, but also brought chaos itself into existence in the far reaches of space, the spawn of sin was 1st manifested, and its name was Unicron! Primus, never one to be idle went about creating again, this time He used the jewels from Eden and implanted them into a ball of energy , He then encased this ball in metal and created five-headed tentacled creatures to cultivate the small metal planet into an advanced civilization. He placed this planet in a vast solar system and filled the system with sentient robotic life forms. He then took residence within the energy orb on the planet of the five-faced creatures known as Quintessons, and He rested with a watchful eye on the earth at all times. Years past, centuries followed, and the Quintesson planet that had come to be known as Cybertron erupted into a great war. For centuries the Quints had ruled Cybertron with an iron fist, they had taken robots from other planets prisoner and had then used those robots as models to create a slave race of ‘apparent’ mindless robotic drones. These drones served three purposes which included manufacturing, military, and protection. The protectors were known as guardians, while the military robots that were sold in interplanetary trade were given the title Decepticon, and the manufacturers, who were the most feeble and intelligent of the three, were known as Autobots. These robotic slaves had developed individual personalities and values that had been imparted to them by the life-giving force that sustained their galaxy and rested within the depths of their home world. The robots rebelled against their Quintesson masters and drove them off of their planet determined to be the masters of there own fate. The rebellion had its price however, for during the wars all but 2 guardians survived and over two thirds of the Autobot population perished. The Decepticons faired much better however, with their military prowess and due to the fact that there were Decepticons who had traveled through the galaxy and had now returned to claim their homeland of Cybertron. With the Quints gone Cybertron existed peacefully for thousands of years, this pleased Primus and due to the confidence He had developed in His Cybertronians He made a creative force which was taken from within Himself, He called it the Matrix. This devise would chose a leader for the cybertronians and instill him with the knowledge and wisdom to bring them through their darkest hours and would enable them to be a factor in His ultimate plan of delivering His kingdom to THE FATHER and having THE FATHER be all in all or as the cybertronians would one day say, “till all are one.” The Matrix was stored within the core of the planet itself where Primus dwelled, this core would later be known as Vector Sigma and be credited with giving life to all cybertronians, which was only partially true. In the far reaches of the universe there was chaos. Civilizations existed that were anything but civilized, and it was within this part of the universe where Unicron began his mission and answered his calling to consume and destroy any and everything in his path. One of the first worlds to fall victim to his destruction was the planet of the savage Sweeps. These carnivorous creatures flew around in packs and stalked any individual sweep that strayed from the pack and made a quick lunch out of him. The most intelligent of these creatures was known as Scourge, and he was the sole sweep that was safe venturing out on his own. On one of his excursions into the outer atmosphere of his planet he witnessed an ominous monster-planet consuming the moons of his home world. Fear strickened Scourge more and more as this monster somehow became aware of the one who was watching him. In an instant Scourge could feel his essence separate from his body, he was no longer Scourge he was a prisoner, a prisoner trapped and all but dead inside of Unicron and in a moment his home would be no more, Unicron made sure of it. With every ‘meal’ he consumed Unicron became more and more powerful, and he would need his strength to consume one of his next victims. This next planet was called Titanus and it was enormous. It was ruled by a sadistic warlord who went by the title of Tron. Tron was a mighty conquerer without peer or rival. The only one to ever mount up a resistance that even threatened Tron’s regime was the mighty Cyclops and his army of bestial followers. The treat of Cyclops was and his followers was quickly ended when Tron himself slew three quarters of Cyclops’ army and left Cyclops for dead before forcing Cyclops to swear his undying allegiance to him. In the years that followed Tron would develop his empire of warriors into a force that was nearly unbeatable, but pretty soon, he’d find out what the saying almost doesn’t count meant. The day began as any other with Tron’s forces conquering more and more of his world when all of a sudden the unimaginable happened, it was Unicron! The Titans fought valiantly to defend their home, but despite their efforts their world was being consumed by this monster. If Tron was going to lose his world he was bent on making sure that the monster that was destroying it would lose something in the process as well. He took Cyclops and some of his armada deep within the monster-planet on a kamikaze mission where they planted explosives powerful enough to detonate a small planet, but before the explosion could happen Tron and Cyclops could feel their very existence being taken from them and they watched helplessly from a prison outside of their bodies as an explosion rocked everything and then, it all went dark. The screams of Unicron could be heard across the universe as the explosion rocked him into an almost instantaneous stasis lock. Upon hearing this scream Primus was reminded of the chaos the sin of Man had brought into the universe and He was sorry He ever made Man, so He decided to wipe out every living creature from the face of the Earth with a flood, save the seven people and the animals that entered Noah’s ark. Man had drifted farther and farther away from God over the centuries which displeased Primus very much, but He was able to find solance with the fact that he had allowed an Autobot by the name of A-3 to form a friendship with Him. A-3 walked with Primus daily and sought out wisdom from Primus which was gladly bestowed upon him, at least in part for there were mysteries in the universe that were not yet ready to be revealed. One thing that was revealed to A-3 was the matrix. A-3 looked at it in awe and asked Primus what it was and Primus answered him by stating that it was the tool that would help lead to the consummation of the plan of God. With his mouth agape with confusion and awe A-3 received the matrix from Primus, was renamed Alpha-Trion, and was given the task of being the guardian of the matrix along with a promise. Primus promised Alpha-Trion immortality and said that one day Alpha-Trion would be one with Vector Sigma. In the mist of all of this bad blood was brewing on Cybertron. The Decepticons had created two generals that would forever change the face of Cybertron. The first went by the name Sixshot. He was an impressive specimen nearly twice the size of the average cybertonian and equipped with the ability to transform into 5 other forms other than humanoid, he was the first transformer! The Decepticons also created another general, this general was magnetic, charismatic, cunning, and powerful, his name was Megatron. The two of them were admired by all cybertronians, but there was a rift between them. Megatron was secretly jealous of Sixshot’s ability to transform so he created a devise called the ‘Robosmasher’ that would control the minds of unsuspecting robots. Among his first victims of Megatron’s robosmasher were six builders known as the constructicons. The constructicons were master-builders and Megatron knew that with there help he’d be able to learn the secrets of transformation and flying that would enable him to defeat Sixshot. The constructicons gave Megatron the ability to transform himself into a powerful supersonic gun, and with his new ability Megatron decides to divide the decepticons by attacking Sixshot and preaching in new doctrine to his decepticon brothers, a doctrine of power, conquest, and total domination of the universe. Many decepticons were taken aback by this radical new platform and decided to leave the ranks of the decepticon army much to the chagrin of Megatron. One of the decepticons that sided with Megatron was much to his surprise was Sixshot. Sixshot believed that the decepticons were a superior race and his travels throughout the galaxy revealed at least in his mind that when inferior races are left to themselves, chaos ensues. He believed that the only way for there to be peace in the galaxy was for the Decepticons to rule the galaxy. Many Decepticons rallied by this sentiment decided to join forces with Sixshot and Megatron and take control of the galaxy. Alpha-Trion was made aware of these developments by the matrix so he decided that he would do something to ensure that the decepticons would not be able to make slaves of the entire galaxy. The first thing he did was enlist the help of 2 friends, two guardian robots that went by the names Omega Supreme and Sentinal Prime. Sentinal vowed to do everything in his power to help A-3 stop the rogue decepticons from enslaving the galaxy, but Omega was less inclined to side with or believe Alpha-Trion. Six of Omega’s best friends were in the decepticon army and he had no intentions of ever having to confront the constructicons, but that would change at Crystal City. Megatron was devising a strategy to raid Crystal City and use the energy to power an attack on two neighboring planets. He also decided to make an example out of the decepticon turncoats that now wore the Autobot brand by banishing them from Cybertron forever. Sixshot was very angry at Megatron for this and decided to assume leadership of the decepticon cause for himself and put Megatron in his place. Sixshot challenged Megatron to a dual in which the victor would rule the decepticon army. Megatron new that he could not defeat Sixshot in a fair fight so he had the constructicons install an automatic shutdown sequence in Sixshot while he was asleep. The sequence would go into effect whenever Sixshot transformed into wolf mode and was struck on his belly. Onslaught, a friend and sergeant of Sixshot heard about this, but before he could relay the news Megatron found out and promptly had him and his four brothers arrested and striped of their personality circuits and had their bodies destroyed. The battle ensued and Megatron’s hands were full, Sixshot was all Megatron could handle and more. Sixshot transformed and readied himself to inflict the killing blow to a wounded Megatron who sat up against a wall looking defenseless. As Sixshot moved in for the kill Megatron gave him a swift kick to the Stomach followed by a shot to the head that appeared to put Sixshot down for the count. Megatron was victorious, so Sixshot agreed not to challenge Megatron’s authority and he then was instructed by Megatron to lead a group of Decepticons to war on a vibrant planet called Charr, they were never heard from again. Omega Supreme was the guardian of Crystal City, capital of Iacon. The city was beautiful and majestic, the pride of Omega as well as all of the Autobots that inhabited it. Rumors were spread across Cybertron about Megatron’s plans but were largely dismissed by most cybertronians, but to be on the safe side Omega was asked to protect the city just in case. Megatron and the Constructicons entered the city early one morning, Omega was very happy to see his friends and they talked him into leaving his post and strolling through Iacon with them to catch up on old times, With Omega gone Megatron ordered a group of Decepticons to raid Crystal City, during the raid Megatron ran into Alpha-Trion, who tried to talk him out of his desire for conquest, but it was to no avail. Megatron respected the wise old Autobot so he spared his life but ordered him to leave Iacon and never return. The conquest of Crystal City had begun and the destruction of all autobots who opposed Megatron’s forces coincided. Upon his return Omega was livid and felt a strong since of betrayal for what his so called friends had done to him. He looked at the city he vowed to defend as it lay in shambles and felt a deep since of guilt that would soon be overwhelmed by his desire for vengeance on the constructicons. With the spoils of victory and after a celebration Megatron used the constructicons and some autobot POWs to construct a new transforming robot super weapon he called Scorpanok. With Scorpanok nearly completed Megatron realized that he needed more raw materials so he decided to head back into Iacon with the constructicons for an energy ‘recon’ mission. On the shores of Iacon all appeared to be peaceful. This portion of Cybertron had yet to be affected by the war waged by Megatron’s faction, but that would soon change. After the attack on Crystal City, Alpha-Trion relocated to a bay city on the outskirts of Iacon where he befriended three young manufacturing robots named Ariel, Dion, and Orion. These three were the best of friends and all looked up to A-3, especially Orion. A-3 took Orion under his wing and allowed Orion to live with him in his hidden underground home since Orion was homeless. Orion loved Alpha-Trion but could not understand why A-3 was always so nervous and judgmental about the Decepticon leadership. Orion’s naive outlook was slowly dissipating due to the fact that since he had come into contact with Alpha-Trion he had been having strange dreams about war and about something calling out to him. Alpha-Trion’s relationship with Primus had made him one of if not the wisest robot on Cybertron. In his wisdom he could foresee the turmoil that would soon overtake his world due to Megatron’s lofty ambitions. He knew Cybertron needed a leader brave enough to combat the threat posed by Megatron and wise and charismatic enough to rally any would-be defense against the intimidating Decepticon threat. In his mind the only one who fit these characteristics was Sentinel Prime. Sentinel was a hero in the war with the Quints and was respected by all, even Megatron and the late Sixshot. Because of the respect everyone had for Sentinel as well as his willingness to lead and protect the innocent at all costs, Alpha-Trion presented Sentinel with Primus’ Creation Matrix, which would come to be known as the Autobot Matrix of leadership. After presenting Sentinel with the matrix A-3 went back into hiding so he could continue his secret project of building warriors capable of combating the Decepticons and defending Cybertron. Voss was the most technologically advanced city on Cybertron, its citizens consisted of scientists and great thinkers who had all learned the art of transformation and were leading a planet-wide effort that would lead to all cybertronians having the ability to on day transform. Unlike the Iacon bay, Voss had already had a taste of war and was governed by one of Megatron’s most trusted lieutenants known as Shockwave. Two of Voss’ more esteemed citizens, Jetfire and Starscream, were in charge of building a facility that would serve as a temple and future capital of Cybertron, it would one day be given the title, Darkmount. But just as Megatron needed more supplies to complete the Scorpanok project, the two scientists needed to find other sources of raw materials that did not even exist on Cybertron in order to complete their project; because of this they left Cybertron on a journey to find what they needed. Jetfire would not return from the journey, and though Starscream returned, he returned as a new Starscream, a Starscream that would have to be reckoned with. As Megatron set out for Iacon, he and his troops ran into a very angry Omega Supreme. Omega was consumed with thoughts of vengeance and this would be the day he got revenge on Megatron and especially the Constructicons. Seeing that defeating Omega was hopeless with the troops he had at his disposal Megatron ordered a retreat by the Constructicons so they could go and man the yet to be completed Scorpanok in order to combat Omega. Omega followed the Constructicons back to Scorpanok and a huge melee ensued which resulted in the Constructicons fleeing Cybertron in Scorpanok being pursued by an angry Omega Supreme. The Constructicons would not be seen again for millennia. Megatron was furious at this defeat and he vowed to make the guardian pay for thwarting his plans. He then began enlisting more and more soldiers to the Decepticon cause. The most prominent of his new recruits included Starscream, the scientist and Soundwave, the champion gladiator. The Decepticons waged an all out war on Cybertron opposed only by Sentinel and a small group of brave Autobots which included two former Decepticons warriors who were expelled after not wanting to aide Megatron and Sixshot in their quest to dominate the universe, their names were Kup and Magnus. The war escalated and despite Sentinal’s courage and might the Autobots were being beaten severely. Sentinel had made Iacon’s coast into a factory to produce energy and manufacture weapons so that the Autobots could somehow combat the Decepticons. When Megatron heard about this he decided to personally raid and sabotage the factories. Orion woke up from a dream in what could best be defined as a cold sweat due the sounds of screams, gunfire, and a reoccurring dream he had about being called by some force beyond his comprehension. He darted from Alpha-Trion’s home to find his friends amidst all the chaos and what he found nearly caused his circuits to break down. At the feet of a menacing silver warrior with a black canon mounted on his right arm lay his best friend Dion and his girl friend Ariel barely clinging to life as energon leaked everywhere. ‘Who are you,’ he asked the imposing slayer of his friends. The answer confirmed what he had assumed as the killer leveled his gun at Orion as Orion began firing on him but to no avail and said, ‘Megatron, your worst nightmare, sweet dreams,’ and with that Megatron transformed into a powerful gun that was caught by Soundwave and fired upon Orion. Orion’s optics closed immediately. ‘The voices, please stop the voices!’ is what Orion screamed as he awoke in what seemed like a prison. ‘Don’t worry Orion,’ a familiar voice said as he opened his optics. Alpha-Trion and a young refuge from Voss named Wheeljack, who was also a protégé of Alpha-Trion stood before him. As he surveyed the room he also saw two other robots that he did not recognize yet looked strangely familiar. The four robots looked at Orion as if he was a ghost or something, and the female robot walked up to him to embrace him. As soon as he felt her touch he immediately knew that the femme was Ariel, he then look at her and looked over at the other robot who he assumed was Dion inside a bulky red chassis that looked impenetrable. ‘Dion,’ he said inquisitively as he looked at the red robot. “In another lifetime yes, but now you can call me Ironhide’, replied the red robot. ‘And Orion’, said the pink femme, ‘The Decepticons destroyed my family and they destroyed Ariel in the process, from now on call me Elita.’ The surprises were only just beginning for Orion, and not even the sight his ‘new’ old friends could not prepare him for what he saw when he looked in the mirror. He saw a tall robot whose very presence demanded respect and admiration, his mouth, which was blown away by the Decepticons was now covered by a metal plate with a crease down the middle, and the voices he had been dreaming about now echoed loudly throughout his conscious mind and at that moment he knew he needed to find Sentinel Prime and join the Autobot resistance so that Megatron could be stopped. It had been years, but Omega Supreme was finally returning to Cybertron, and his return would surely bring the war to a climactic conclusion. By this time the Autobot resistance had grown and become formidable due in part to a young general named Orion Pax. Orion was respected by all of his colleagues and superiors and this allowed him to move quickly up the ranks of the autobot resistance. He became Sentinel Prime’s confidant and close friend through the years and was responsibly for rallying enthusiastic young robots to join the Autobot cause. Sentinel Prime got word of his brother Omega’s return and was delighted to hear the news. He immediately decided that the autobots would have a celebration to welcome Omega back and to commemorate their expected victory over the tyrannical Decepticons. Their celebration would be short-lived, however because one of Soundwave’s servants, Lazorbeak overheard the plans for welcoming Omega Supreme back and reported it to Megatron back at Darkmount. Megatron planned an all-out assault which he would lead that would catch the Autobots by surprise since Megatron himself had not been seen by Autobots since the raid on Iacon a couple years ago. Minutes before Omega landed in Iacon the Autobots were all gathered to greet him when the defiant voice that had been the catalyst for so much destruction filled the air with the words, ‘Die Autobots!’ Robots scrambled everywhere as the event designed to celebrate the Autobot’s ultimate victory would become the scene of there greatest defeat. Sentinel was making a desperate attempt to round up the Autobots and get them to safety all while taking the brunt of Decepticon fire. With all of the surviving Autobots behind shelter Sentinel Prime, Magnus, Kup, and Orion’s gang were fighting a losing battle to hold off the massive Decepticon army when the booming voice of Omega Supreme began to echo across the battle field. Though Omega had turned the tide all was not well, for Sentinel Prime had taken many direct hits and was badly damaged. Shockwave, seeing the Decepticon’s most feared nemesis reeling alerted Megatron and the two of them both began opening fire on Sentinel. With Sentinel nearly obliterated Megatron gave the order for his Decepticons to retreat, this caught the attention of Omega Supreme who spotted Megatron and Shockwave and began blasting away at them not knowing that every shot he missed them with would hit his beloved brother. With Omega approaching Megatron quickly transformed and was caught by Shockwave who unleashed a flurry of blasts into the head of the heroic Autobot leader whose life would soon be extinguished and they then flew away dodging the shots of Orion and a badly wounded Magnus. Omega stared through the shield covering his optics so hard he nearly cracked the glass. He let out a roaring scream as he picked up the wounded Autobot leader and began calling for Alpha-Trion, but by the time he found him it was too late, for Sentinel Prime was no more. Megatron usually cared very little for Autobots, but he had enough respect for Sentinel Prime that he to allowed the Autobots to have a memorial service for him without the threat of a Decepticon attack. Many of the grieving Autobots decided to leave Cybertron and seek out a peaceful existence elsewhere while others like Kup and Orion Pax tried to hold the rest of the Autobots together despite not having a leader. After the funeral of Sentinel Prime a shadowy figure arose from the tomb of the valiant guardian with what may have been the last glimmer of hope for the Autobots. Because of his broken heart, Omega Supreme told Alpha-Trion he would not accept the mantle of leadership his brother carried. He vowed only to leave Cybertron, find the Constructicons, and begin righting the wrongs they set into motion when they sided with Megatron. With Omega gone the threat to the Decepticons was minimal, so other than a few Autobot raids and sabotage attempts, there was peace on Cybertron as the Decepticons attempted to advance their reign beyond Cybertron and mysteriously began losing some troops along the way who looked as if they had been eaten alive by some type of sea creatures with huge teeth. There were less than 100 Autobots left on Cybertron living in hiding within the planet, because of their scarce numbers Alpha-Trion began constructing new transformers in his lab. With the help of Wheeljack and the Creation Matrix a few new Autobots came online, there names were Blurr, Arcee, and Hotrod. Alpha-Trion was amazed at how much Hotrod favored Primus and he could tell that this Autobot would one day be something special. At that time though, what mattered was finding a way to stop Megatron from enslaving the innocents of their galaxy. Even though the Decepticons had lost a number of troops in battle and were unable to create new ones, their force was still superior and they had successfully subdued and enslaved a number of different robot races. In the midst of this Cybertron began to change. The golden streets had lost their luster and the power that had always radiated from within the planet seemed to be weakening and no one understood what had happened. Starscream blamed the Autobots and claimed that if Megatron was the leader the Decepticons needed, the Autobots would not be a threat to their home planet and none of the corrosion of Cybertron would have taken place. Megatron was taken aback by these comments and he decided to find the leader of the remaining Autobots and terminate him personally. The only Autobot he knew was A-3, so he figured that if A-3 was eliminated the rest of the Autobots would fall as well. Alpha-Trion was walking on the once brilliant streets of Iacon by himself and felt more alone than he had felt in a long time. He had not been able to speak with Primus and the Autobots still had no Matrix bearer. Lost deep in thought he was totally oblivious to the fact that he had one robot watching him from a distance and another following him. Orion Pax felt something calling him and he thought for some reason that Alpha-Trion would have some answers for him so he followed him into a secluded spot to get some answers and then he saw if for the first time glistening in his optics, it was the Matrix. This though was disturbed by gunfire as he turned around to see Megatron, the hulking Decepticon leader before him and Alpha-Trion! ‘What do we have here,’ said Megatron as he and Soundwave gazed at the two most respected Autobots who were destined to become the next casualties. Without hesitation Orion Pax attacked the two Decepticons blasting Megatron to the ground only to be subdued by Soundwave as Megatron got up and blasted him square in the chest knocking him to the floor. ‘Now A-3,’ said Megatron, ‘Years ago I had mercy on you out of respect for your courage in the great war, but you ignored my demands of leaving Cybertron after our encounter so this time A-3, you shall meet your maker.’ Megatron transformed and Soundwave then blasted the life out of Alpha-Trion and added one more blast to the chassis of Orion Pax for good measure, then vacated the premises only to be meet by a group of angry Autobots outside. Though it appeared Alpha-Trion’s body was lifeless he was far from dead and many of his questions would soon be answered. ‘Alpha-Trion,’ a voice said to him, ‘I am the alpha, the omega, and beginning and the end, and I am Primus.’ ‘Primus,’ gasped Alpha-Trion, ‘Where have you been?’ Primus informed Alpha-Trion that thirty-three years ago he left Cybertron with only remnants of Himself in the form of Vector Sigma. He told him about the Earth and Man and how He had to live as a man and then die so that man can be saved from the wages of sin. He let Alpha-Trion know that Cybertron’s majestic appearance was due to His presence and that without Him Cybertron would be as any other planet and now that He was gone the cybertronians were to look into the Matrix for answers. And with that, Alpha-Trion’s lifeless body was quickened as he felt himself being picked up by a wounded Orion Pax. All the two of them could hear was chaos, it sounded as if an all out war had ensued above the facility they were in and Orion was wounded to the point that he was helpless to do anything about it. As he fell to the ground with Alpha-Trion in his arms and fuel leaking from his wounds it appeared that all he had dreamed of, from a free Cybertron to the demise of Megatron as Decepticon commander may soon be lost. As thoughts of hopelessness started to cloud his mind he began to feel Alpha-Trion moving and he heard that familiar voice that had been haunting him speak to him once more telling him to arise. “Arise, arise,” the voice repeated and as Alpha-Trion got to his feet he also heard the voice and interrupted the voice by saying, “by Primus, arise young Prime!” The Matrix, which had been lying on the ground since Megatron leveled the place, began to glow and Orion could feel something changing him, consuming him, completing him. He crawled over to the matrix and reached out to it as it also was reaching for him, and when he grabbed it he was engulfed in a bright blue light as he accepted his calling. He was a robot of destiny, he was the leader Cybertron had been yearning for, and he was Optimus Prime! Optimus rose to his feet to the joy of Alpha-Trion and put the Matrix inside of his chassis then blasted his way out of the facility. He saw carnage once he got to the surface, and as the Decepticons prepared to eradicate the resilient Autobots the commanding voice of Optimus Prime spoke forth with authority and said, ‘Megatron, it stops here!’ A brief battle between Prime and Megatron ensued, but Megatron was no match for the determined leader of the Autobots so he and his troops retreated. The Autobots gazed at their new leader with awe as if he was some sort of savior and he then uttered a phrase that would come to be one of his trademark statements; ‘Autobots transform and roll out.’ Shortly after the battle that forged Optimus Prime, Cybertron started having violent tremors, disturbances, and energy shortages. There was no logical explanation for the happenings on Cybertron or the cybernetic galaxies surrounding the planet, but these events did have an effect that would one day haunt the universe, for these events awakened Unicron! On the earth, strange things were happening as well. There were violent earthquakes, the sun was darkened, and there were many reports of dead people walking among the living. A soldier in the army of Rome gave a cause to the strange effects by a simple declaration: ‘Surely this was the Son of God.’ Cybertron’s deterioration was directly related to what had been going on on Earth for the past 30 plus years. A child had been born of a virgin in a town called Nazareth about 33 years prior to these events. He gained great notoriety and fame in the Galilean portion of the Roman empire but was also hated and despised by leaders of a religion know as Judaism. His name was Yahoshua and He would later be known as Jesus. The leaders conspired against Him to have him killed because of His teachings and because of the jealously and contempt they felt toward Him. Everything came to a climax on a hill known as the place of the skull, for it was on the hill that the one called Jesus was crucified. It was His death that sent the universe into utter chaos, it was His death that would pay the price for the sins of Man, and it was His death that would one day bring life, true life to all. On the third day following His death He arose and all was back to normal in the universe and the resurrected Primus rejoined His Father. Centuries pasted and many battles ensued between the Autobots and Decepticons. The battles had taken a heavy toll on Cybertron and it seemed that neither faction could get the upper hand in the war. The war had become everyday life for cybertronians and many of them forgot what they were fighting for in the first place, all they knew is that they hated their enemies. Among the ranks of the Decepticons, both Megatron and secretly Starscream held on to their dreams of conquest and domination. They not only felt the Decepticons were superior beings, but also that they were superior Decepticons. The Autobots, led by Optimus Prime had succeeded in having the Decepticons centuries behind their scheduled plans of dominating the universe, but also had failed in maintaining Cybertron as a jewel of a planet. Prime decided to take a squad of volunteer Autobots on a trek through the galaxy in hopes of finding the energy supply necessary to maintain Cybertron. He had anticipated the Decepticons finding out about his mission so he informed his squad that should Megatron discover their plans and interfere with them, it would become a kamikaze mission in which they would give their lives in order to destroy the Decepticons. Prime’s fears were not without merit. The Decepticons had found out about the mission and planned to tale Prime and the Autobots through space and then destroy them.
