First one to spot the problem wins a Space T-Rex.
Excuse you? I'm having a hard time understanding what it is you want from me.
Scores are too low
Due to host migration
Had the host migration happen to me yesterday. When I got back to the game, my score was erased. I only had 6 kills, but I was reset back to zero.
The host migration has been happening alot, too me anyway, lately. Not sure if it's an Internet thing, or some whinny bitch quit cause they were losing.
There should some type of penalty system for people who quit in the middle of a match. Not just the loss of said matches points.
What? No! I mean how those seven other people are trying to 'join in' on my game of nine people.
That's the first thing I noticed and thought was out of place.
I've had games of 12 (The promised player limit) with 2 people trying to join.
God I hate these types of threads...
You got 0 kills and 4 deaths?
Funny because I once had 7 vs 7 and I thought "yaaaaaay we now have 14 players!"
The site says you can't have more than 12.
I feel like I'm looking at the Super Nintendo version of FoC.
What? you've made pointless threads yourself, so have all of us. You hypocrite!
What am I supposed to be seeing?
9 + 7
Has anyone noticed that when you're joining a game it says attempting to join match 1 of something and moves on to 2,3, etc because the matches are filled up already? That screenshot doesn't show a problem, that's just 7 people trying to join that match. When 3 join, the other 4 will try to join another match.
At least you can connect to games. That happens in the lobbies on PC.
No, no. You misunderstand. I can understand someone being frustrated by a bug and needing to vent. I have no issue with the topic of this thread.
What bugs me it the self righteous demanding that High Moon "FIX YOUR GAME!" Acting like this issue is the biggest and most important issue EVAR and MUST BE FIXED OR I QUIT! bugs the crap out of me. (Though to be fair, I made my post based solely on the title. So the post itself may not be as full of indignant fire as I presume; but I've seen plenty of that type of thread.)
If people want a bug fixed, make sure High Moon knows about the bug. Politely tell them what happened. Be as detailed as possible. If you can, recreate the bug and tell them how you did it. This is how QA Testers at High Moon and every game company in the world finds and fixes bugs. And please don't act like just because there's a bug it's the end of the world. Every piece of software has bugs. Developers try their best to prevent and fix them, but not all of them can be fixed easily.
And yes, I am a hypocrite. I really try not to be. And on this particular issue I am not.
You people seriously don't notice the massive amount of pending players in a nearly full game? Like, for real?
The game has put more people in the match than can be handled. This is the very most basic level of game design and yet has somehow managed to go unrefined courtesy of High Moon. High Moon can't even have the servers and game agree on how many people are allowed in one match.
Except those are players attempting to join, those ar eplayers already put into the game, however they can't spawn because the game is full. It is the exact opposite of what you are describing.
