ya know WWE did a straight to video movie starring HHH, called the Chaperone about a convict who chaperones his daughters field trip.
Now I am a high school choir teacher who takes her choirs on several trips. If anyone chaperones a field trip it is district policy (as is most districts), to have the chaperone fingerprinted, background checked, and TB tested. And all at the expense of the parent. I can see WHY it is done, but it is hard enough to get parents to help out and i am always grateful when they do I just hate to tell them gee thanks for helping now can you go pay $100 so you can volunteer and help me?
Again, I know why, but it's difficult. We aren't allowed to use our ASB budget or account to aid or assist in the fingerprinting or background checks for parent chaperones or volunteers. : (
