The lack of paint is amazing. I can't believe that this is an official Hasbro product.

I'm still not regretting the purchase of the Leader Class version, and I really cannot understand how anyone thinks that this looks better. Looks like a cheap knockoff.

I'll admit it does look kinda cool, but comparing it with the leader... its not even in the same ballpark. The voyager lacks A LOT of paint apps. I don't understand the appeal of saying its better than the leader. Yes the guns and Matrix are cool but when you take those away it does look like a cheap smaller leader Prime.

 

Mould looks great but you just know this guy's going to be the repaint dept's new favourite so I'll wait.

 

I think it will look good with the deluxe ratchet or Ironhide.

And I'm not saying its better than the leader. I still intend to get the forest battle leader retool. But its nifty and I could see some dynamic poses from it.

There is something very model kit gundam about the lack of paint.

I think he means that it looks like a cheap smaller leader prime that was made by chinese bootleggers.

 

Umm...Some people will think it's cooler BECAUSE it is a cheaper and smaller looking leader Prime WITH guns and a matrix.

Probably because people thought that even Hasbro had limits as to how much they wouldn't paint a figure.

 

Take away the positives and you're left with the negatives... um...yep. That happens for anything. Hey, Burger King says their Buck Double has more meat than McDonald's McDouble, but when you take away the hamburger patties it's just a bun and cheese!

 

Aw man, I never thought of it that way. FU Burger King!!!  

 

It's a shame that when you take away all of the special effects, ROTF was really just a bad student film.

ok I think I worded what I said last wrong. I mean it does look cheap, but for those who like it, get it. It's just not my thing since I prefer the leader. But it would look pretty good with the deluxe Ratchet and ironhide scalewise. I apologize if i sounded rude, just saying it's not really my thing even if it has the guns and Matrix.

 

I like it and will get one.
But I may wait for the 34th repaint.

 

I'm guessing the reason behind the lack of paint apps was because the budget was more oriented towards engineering than the paint apps.
