I finally saw this guy in the pegs. I forgot he even existed. Anyway, damn if this isn't a better movie Brawn than the actual movie Brawn. The head looks more like Brawn. The colors look more like Brawn. There is even a box around his head like Brawn. Pretty cool that he keeps design cues from movie Brawn like the dual hand guns that stay in place for transformation. I like this dude.

    Great figure.

One of the BEST ROTF Scout class figs...

Colors and paint apps are superior to Scattershot.

Sweet dual rifles and perfect amount of articulation. Nice faux chest, too...

    He is SOooo G1 Brawn...

I picked this guy up today to sort of hold me over until some new stuff comes into my area. Firetrap piqued my interest because he's almost exactly G1 Brawn; even his vehicle mode is fairly in-character.

I didn't notice until I popped the rifles off, but his spindly, spider-crab arms totally ruin the effect for me. No amount of crafty posing can hide the fact that they're scrawny, concave, and reach down to his ankles. I know that this guy was originally another character, and you can't expect too many transformation steps from a Scout, but if they'd opted to add like, one compressing joint in the bicep, or maybe not make him a quad cab, or even if they'd just integrated his hands into his forearm piece.. Ah, well. Don't know quite what to do with him now.. :/

A way to improve his scrawny arms is to stick the barrel of his rifles into the 'fold' of the panels on the back of his arms.
They don't click in or anything, but stay in pretty well if you're being mild with him.

Meijers has him on clearance for $6.29

Some pics since I could'nt find his other thread.

I love Brawn. I'm not sure how this figure escaped me. But now it will be mine!
