hey guys dead pixels

    Hi brought a black ds lite today and upon opening playing it realised it had 2 dead pixels, is their a way of trying to fix this without going back to the shop? or will i just need to replace it

    Send it to Nintendo if the pixels are truely dead. They have good costomer servies etc. You should get it back in just afew days. When I sent mine in, it took only 2.

    since u just bought it you have time to exchange it, usually 30 days. Happened to me as well, took it back the next day and got another that was fine.

    If you've bought it less than 30 days ago, then, yeah, return it to the store.

    If not, send it back to Nintendo.
