does the paint on the hood smudge like the classics version does?
Not on mine...
My Classics one has never had any trouble with paint smudging or being sticky.
Mine neither, and I've transformed him a dozen times at least.
The thing I'd like to know is if Henkei transforms properly without modding unlike Hasblow...
i bought 3 classics ironhide and each one has sticky smudgey paint on the hood piece, the piece that becomes the backpack
Is that something to do with the wheels tucking up behind the back? I never could get mine to do that, so I just leave them on the hips. They look good like that anyway so I'm not too bothered.
Or is it the way the head comes up but not all the way?
Hmm, i don't think so. I don't own the Hasbro version, but from what i see when i have the Henkei version transformed, the same problems are still visible. I just leave the wheels down, to keep the head up a little.
same here and to me that head issue isnt that bad atleast hes posable so that makes up for it
Yeah I haven't had this problem either... nor with Prowl and Bluestreak. Everyone else seems to be though. Maybe you all need to wash your sweaty hands first or something!
Saying "Hasblow" or "Hasblo" or any other variation isn't advisable on this mostly Hasbro-friendly board, unless you enjoy looking silly.
I'm eagerly awaiting Henkei Ironhide. Probably be here by Friday. Only thing I care about.. IRONHIDE HAS A HEAD.
It's probably the same mold, so I imagine the same mold issues are the same. I modded mine with some simple plastic cutting (which helped a LOT), but the paint on mine is perfectly fine.
With dry hands, my Bluestreak is fine, though when they get sweaty I feel a bit of a stickyness to his paint... but my prowl's paint is a wreck. Enough to the point where I'd really like a replacement, be it Henkei or Universe.
ew why do your hands randomly get sweaty. That's gross.
ummmmmm mine dont
