    Looks like it'll have the staple of kid's manga, the plucky kid with a haircut that defies physics.

    Also Bumblebee looks to be the 'kid-relatable' Autobot.

    If by Shonen you mean 'aimed at 6-11' year olds. Because that's this magazine's demographic.

    About time.

    I mean, they NEED to market to kids in order to keep the brand going, after all. They can't count on collectors to sustain it in Japan.

    And coincidentally, I notice they're drawing in an age group that is IDENTICAL to that Hasbro is targeting with Animated.
