I love how HLJ is using Hasbro product photos. No chrome on Prowl or Sunstreaker.

More to the point, about freaking time! I've been passing on the Hasbro versions for so long since I like the chrome on these two, I can finally start to catch up with the world on classics.

Whats the paint job like on Sunstreaker? I haven't bothered with the Hasbro version because of all the different shades of yellow.

Aww shit, i knew i should have waited for these. Much better paint apps. The paint on my Prowl is crap. Looks like a 3 yr old applied it with a crayon

Ah, nicely. Should these start shipping from places like BBTS, CapturedPrey, or Fan2Fan next week or the following?

I wonder if Henkei Prowl will have the dreaded gummy paint?

It's amazing... I don't even handle my Prowl that much, but he already looks dirty and fingerprinty. The paint peels off with a fingernail... yes peels. At least it should chip.

The more I handle it, I really wish Hasbro had just opted for white plastic instead, with painted windows. If they're going to execute painted clear plastic this badly, there's really no point.

They should be in stock at fantofan already, as he's in Japan. BBTS will have to wait another week or so.

prowl as a prototype looked really nice, when i got the toy in hand i was really dissapointed. He felt and looked so cheap (almost like a KO) i took it back on QC basis, I used the falling off doors and arms as an 'excuse' for a return. Thats the only TF toy ive ever took back to the shop.
