I'm going to get 1 of these for my collection, but not both. What is the better move? Which figure is better? Help me out.

 

Honestly, I would only get Shattered Glass Cyclonus if you were actively collecting the Shattered Glass figures. IMO.

 

lol......I'm voting for Cyclonus largely because I'm really into SG. Very true.

 

i think it would be great if you could mirror the two figures in this thread b/c i forget what each looks like i know one is the orange/red///////whats the other

I voted for SG Cyclonus because of the idea and all. BUT as far as which looks better, Strafe's colors are better. I kinda wish Strafes colors were Cyclonus as the white looks really good IMO.

Henkei for sure! the other looks like McDonald's fries.

 

SG Cyclonus just pops, to me.
it seems unnatural to have that color scheme rolling in my mind, but when i saw the figure, i loved the idea.

i don't collect SG material, but just for the way he looks, Cyclonus would make any collection all the better.

Henkei Strafe just yawns. it is dull, bland and i don't see the value in him.

EDIT- i know this sounds cheesy, but the colors and the Wings on his back the way they are on SG Cyclonus, they remind me somewhat of Hot Rod or Rodimus, if he were a Seeker.
just a mental itch i had to scratch.

 

Both are great, and I have 2 Strafes and I'm getting 2 Cyclonus figures. If I were to say one is better looking than the other, than I'd pick Cyclonus. Both look great though.

Strafe is nice as he's a completely different character, but he's likely to cost you a lot more than Cyclonus is going to.

I'd like to have both. Why choose? That mold is so damn awesome and full of win.

 

I might have to get one of each and cobble together an all red one.

 

IMHO:

The mold used for SG Cyclonus is still Cyclonus afterall but the same thing couldn't be said for Henkei Strafe.  

 

I thought they were the exact same mold whether henkei or classics or botcon, etc. Is there an actual difference at all?

 

As far as I know, the Universe 2.0 and Henkei molds are identical. I would assume (given that I only own Henkei Cyclonus) that all 4 versions (Universe 2.0 Cyclonus, Henkei Cyclonus, Shattered Glass Cyclonus, Gentei Strafe) are identical mold-wise and differ only in color and chrome use.

I think both Strafe and SG Cyclonus look nice, though I prefer the look of SG Cyclonus. If you don't have other SG figures, however, Strafe is probably the better pick. Alternatively, you could use a Decepticon insignia sticker to replace either figure's insignia to make him the character of your choice.

 

I just don't feel this mold as Strafe. So even though I'm not a big Shattered Glass fan I d choose SG Cyclonus.

 

Henkei Strafe should look like this at least.
