So I don't know if I'm late to the game with this one or not, but here it is. It's a combination of a SDCC 08 Nemesis that I got from a board member, and a Henkei Convoy. I don't like the upcoming Henkei Nemi, and while I like the SDCC ver better, he was still laking some much needed chrome action.

Basicly I removed a few screws and push pins, and Presto-Changeo! Nemesis Prime the way he should've been in the first place!

    Parts swapped:
    Grill
    Bumper
    L/R Thighs
    Gun

    P.S.

If anyone knows of this being done already (via part swapping, not painting) can you point me to it.

    P.S.S.

I added some pics of the Henkei Convoy with the parts from SDCC Nemi.

I've been looking at your pics & comparing it to my Classics Nemi.
Maybe I'm just blind but I don't see what you changed.

Chrome bumper and grill, "Metallic" paint on the legs. Stock everything is just grey plastic.

I like it lots, even though I'm no Nemesis fan. Nice one.

Out of curisity, how does the Hanky Prime look with the Nemi bits swapped in?

Wow. Nemi has a new bling-bling grille. Ludacris would be jealous of a grille that big.

    Chrome Bumper = awesome.

Some of the Henkei chromed stuff doesn't make much sense to me. But when it fits with the mold, like having a chrome grill it's sweet

How did you get the grill off. ie what did you use to push the pin out. I have a Henkei Prime and considering doing this when I get my NP.
