Those look so much better than their Hasbro counterparts. Definately getting these!

I'm really tempted to order that Powerglide. I'll hold off for now but the temptation may get the better of me.

Interesting. Powerglide in mostly red doesn't look as bad as I thought it would. There's now a chance I'll end up getting this version over the Hasbro one. It all depends on wether or not the completely random and useless chrome continues on these figures. As for Onslaught, I'm happy with how the Hasbro version looks. Silverbolt on the other hand doesn't look all that different (at least not in this small picture. I'll be sticking with the Hasbro version of him too.

These are all meh to me. I don't plan on getting Powerglide, Silverbolt doesn't look all that different and I much prefer the Hasbro Onslaught. However I'm happy these will be around for those who want them.

I see no difference between the hasbro and Takomy versions of Silverbolt and Onslaught.

I can see Powerglide becoming sought after in these colours and shelf warming in others

After comparing pictures of the two, here are the differences I've noticed:

-The grey of the Hasbro version is white for the Takara version
-The orange of the Hasbro version is not in the Takara version
-Some details of the Hasbro version seem to be missing in the Takara version
-The red of the Takara version is a bit brighter than the Hasbro version

Some of those could just be results of the small pictures and photoshoping, but those are the differences that I've been able to notice. I'm still going to be getting the Hasbro version. It'll be easier and cheaper for me to get ahold of.

Sliverbolt!  Though I'm not sure how different he is from the Hasbro version. I'm just pumped he's geting a Classics toy, period. And if I decide to get Powerglide and Onslaught I might get these verisons instead.

Now that is a Classics Powerglide. If I get the figure (which I'm still kind of on the fence on) it will definitely be this version.

The other two are okay, but the Hasbro versions are both 100% acceptable, so I feel no need to splurge on the Henkei versions.

I have to believe that Hasbro and Takara are doing this on purpose now. Providing "realistic" color schemes is a BS reason for the US to get second place versions of these toys.

Gotta say - the henkei (or hentai as my missus calls them - robot pr0n !! ) versions are so much better than the hasbro versons.

I am planning on getting all the classics from Japan from now on. Shipping to the UK from Japan is usually slightly cheaper than from the US as well, so its an idea full of win ;)

Plus Ultras tend to be £30 here. Fantofan are selling these for about £20. Even if the shipping is just over £10, you're still not paying much more than you would have to if you had waited.

Oh crap... That Powerglide looks nice. The other two are close enough where the Hasbro one is fine. How much is shipping usually from f2f?
