If you really like her why dont you try making her something? Or buying a bunch of small presents?

Since you know her and I don't, I can't give any specific recommendations without a ton more information. I don't want to say something like "Buy her a necklace'" and have you respond "She hates jewelry you idiot!" So instead I'll give you a method to help you choose: pay attention to her interests at all times and buy accordingly. For example, if she hears a song on the radio and makes a comment "I LOVE this song!" buy her the CD. Pay attention at all times, you never know when the clue will come that will give you the idea for the perfect gift.

Agreed. A CD seems like a good choice.

    Get her a pearl necklace.

No? Okay, a gift card then, to her favorite store.

But whatever you do, don't make her any handmade gifts; she's a 16-year-old girl, not your grandmother.

Get her a bunch of little things, or a card with a gift card.

Girls love flowers. Get her that plus something else. I've always felt gift cards are sort of impersonal, but I really don't know your situation. Plus, this also depends on where your "relationship" is going. If you really think she likes you back, and it could evolve into a romantic relationship, then getting something more personal. If not, give a gift card.

Don't get a gift card. Despite their popularity, they are very impersonal and show that you have no idea what she's into.

Quit pussyfooting and ask her out.

If she says no you are no worse off than where you started.

Without knowing the girl, it is really hard to shoot out gift ideas. You know her, you might know some of her likes. Listen to the little things and get creative.

REALLY good advice here. Homemade gifts are kind of neat, but if you are looking to impress... go another route.

    This too!

Also, let us know when the sarcastic remarks ban is lifted. I guarantee you will get lots more responses.

    Wait for her?
    What is she? Running late?

'Wait for me' is female code for 'I know you like me, but I'm looking for something better'

Boardwise and pscoop are right "wait for me" translates to I'm not really interested.
Find someone else, once she knows your no longer available she'll realise what she missing out on.

I make people laugh and she considers that a sign in which i can't keep secrets and take things seriously so with that i have little to no idea how that scares her.
