P.S. Dont list any toys, I dont care for those, but everything else previously that I listed though would help!!!

    thanks!!!!!!!!

Also whats up with the avatars who made them??? there awsome !

Also why cant I find predaking ive seen him used as a avatar but cant find him??

Oh dear, this is a biggie. I'll give it a shot, and will probably miss something somewhere and hope someone else will pipe in.

    TV series US:
    G1
G2 (just G1 with some shoddy CG transitions tossed in)
    Beast Wars
    Beast Machines
    Robots in Disguise
    Armada
    Energon
    Cybertron

    TV series Japanese only:
    Scramble City
    Headmasters
    Masterforce
    Victory
    Zone
    Beast Wars II
    Beast Wars Neo

    comics:
    US Marvel run- #1-80
    UK Marvel run #1-300-something
Marvel TF The Movie adaptation #1-3
Marvel TF vs. GI Joe #1-4
    Marvel TF Universe #1-4
    Marvel Headmasters #1-4
US G2 #1-12 (Transformers also appeared in four or five issues of the GI Joe comic around this time leading up to G2, but I forget which issues)
UK G2, only two issues I think?
    Dreamwave G1/Armada preview
    Dreamwave G1 Vol. 1 #1-6
    Dreamwave G1 Vol. 2 #1-6
Dreamwave G1 Vol. 3/ongoing #0-10 (died when DW went under)
Dreamwave War Within Vol. 1 #1-6
Dreamwave War Within Vol. 2 #1-6
Dreamwave War Within Vol. 3 #1-3 (died when DW went under)
    Dreamwave Armada #1-18
Dreamwave Energon #19-30-ish (died when DW went under)
Dreamwave TF vs. GI Joe Vol. 1 #1-6
Dreamwave TF vs. GI Joe Vol. 2 #1 (died when DW went under)
Dreamwave G1 MTMTE (profile books) #1-8
Dreamwave Armada MTMTE (profile books) #1-3
    Dreamwave Summer Special (G1/Energon/Beast Wars/RID)
Dreamwave also had plans for an Energon MTMTE and a Beast Wars series that never saw the light of day
Devil's Due GI Joe vs. TF Vol. 1 #1-6
Devil's Due GI Joe vs. TF Vol. 2 #1-4
Devil's Due has a third volume starting in March of this year.
    assorted Universe/Botcon comics
    IDW G1 #0-1 so far
In addition to G1, IDW also has a Beast Wars series and a Marvel reprint series coming up.

Most of the Marvel books, both US and UK, are available in a series of trade paperbacks from Titan. Look them up on Amazon, it's roughly somewhere around 25 books at this point.

Predaking is one of the larger avatars, and unlocks when you reach a certain post count that I can't remember. 1,000 maybe?

Im just looking for the canon tv shows and comics that all. not energon, armada, and cybertron. Well I already know G1 seasons 1-4 and beast wars/machines is canon but what about the comics. Out of all the marvel, uk, and dreamwave what is canon to the G1, Beast Wars timeline???

    Everything officially produced is "cannon".

If your looking for a single definitive transformers uber timeline, then your on a hiding to nothing because such a thing doesent exist.

None of it. Marvel G1 (US and UK) is different from animated G1, and Dreamwave G1 can fit with Beast Wars but not animated G1. Although IDW's upcoming Beast Wars mini-series takes place during the TV series. And of course, there is some evidence that Beast Wars is not in the G1 animated continuity, but a hybrid universe of the TV and Marvel G1s.

And RabidYak is right. Everything's canon, just not in the same fictional universe.

Well then I guess my question is what comics that are based on G1 can fit in with that timeline and the same goes for beastwars/machines??

If your asking what comics are a part of the 80s cartoon timeline, then the answer is none.

As for Beast Wars, theres the upcoming IDW mini. Also as Primevil said, DW had Beast Wars as part of thier universe.

Well, like I said, IDW's upcoming Beast Wars mini-series takes place in show continuity.

And as I said with G1, all of the different comics and the cartoon are set in different continuities. There's too many discrepancies to put them all together into one cohesive universe.

Not really. You're really trying to oversimplify it. There really ISN'T a single continuity timeline. The Beast Wars show grabbed elements from both the G1 comic and cartoon, which were not in continuity with each other (or themselves, for that matter...both the show and the comic had continuity contradictions within the same medium).

You're really better off just trying not to peg down a sole canon. Many before you have tried, and all have failed. There ain't one.
