Nope, that's the link to find the help topic you need. You get the following help article from there: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/replica-counterfeit.html Use the Report link at the bottom of that help page to actually report listings.
Sure they know, but they don't give a damn is the problem. If they did, we'd see more of these being pulled, not because users are reporting them, but because Hasbro would be making use of eBay's VERO policy and have auctions nuked themselves. b When I was more concerned in the past, I got an eBay CS employee correspondence going and his replies basically said Hasbro hasn't made any action to stop counterfeit products, so it's not a priority for eBay to take action.
That's not exactly true. Greg Lombardo stated on the tour that Hasbro was aware of the KOs and that the legal department was 'working on that issue.' That might mean nothing gets down, if Hasbro decides it's not worth their time or effort to bother. But it doesn't mean they don't give a damn. Oh, and yeah, reported.
That is good to hear. My conversation with the eBay employee was over a year ago, so hopefully things have changed. And just to note, from what I was told, Hasbro hadn't dealt with eBay's VERO service at the time, which is one of many channels that could be followed to stop KO's from being on eBay or even manufactured.
I asked this person if it was real or one of those fake ones that dishonest people are selling on Ebay for much more then they are worth. Big Shock I didnt get answer. So I reported it and I called my Mom and had her report it again.
Stuff like this is great if you're a KO collector, but it totally screws with anyone in the market for G1s. If I ever buy a MISB G1 Prime, I don't wanna be second guessing it whenever I look upon it in its bullet proof lighted marble podium. Reported it.
