I need help! My brother gave me a $50 gift card to Gamestop. Now I have to buy some games :( . But I don't know any games that are out there. I will say what I like and dislike in games, and I was just wondering if anyone knew anything similar to the games I like. I have a gamecube, PS2 and DS.

    Likes games like:
Silicon Valley N64 - I believe this was one of the best games ever created.
Digimon World 1 PS (I have every digimon game that ever came out)
    Super Mario 64
Zelda games(I have them all basically)
    Kingdom Hearts games
    Super Smash brothers
    Paperboy
    Bust -a- move
    Maniac Mansion

    Dislikes:
    Fighting games
    Shooting games
    Racing games
    Flying games
    Pokemon

Any help is appreciated! If you have ever been given a giftcard you know what I am going through.

Couple ideas off the top of my head-

Skies of Arcadia Legends for Gamecube. If you like RPGs like the Zelda series you should enjoy this one. Its a little hard to find though.

The Prince of Persia series. Doesn't really matter which console. Story is better in game 1, combat is better in game 2.

The World Ends With You. Its an RPG for the DS; heard some good things about it.

Any of the Super Mario games for DS; they're all pretty good.

Zone of Enders: The 2nd Runner. My personal favorite PS2 game.

    PS2:
Okami- I still need to play this but people love it and its been compared a lot to Zelda games
Katamari Damacy- Rolling stuff up was never so much fun.
maybe Shadow of the Colossus- Its like Zelda but without the story, items, towns, and people. The game is just boss battles. Quite fun, but controls can be a bit challenging. Music is really good.

    Gamecube:
Resident Evil 4 is more of a shooting type game but it is ALWAYS recommended no matter what you like. Its just damn good.

    DS:
Tried New Super Mario Bros? Its good.

    What he said.
Also, if you are into RPGs, you might wanna try Disgaea 1 and 2 for PS 2. I've played them and I personally enjoyed them. I would also give the Megaman Anniversary collection a try for PS2 since it include all versions 1-8 with a few others added. It gives you a vintage feel and memories playing the game on the NES regardless if you love shooting games or not.

for the PS2, I HIGHLY recommend the Kingdom Hearts series if you don't already have it.

And just like Zelda games... the water level is annoying.

For something on the DS The World Ends With You is certainly worth a look (I'd say watch some video reviews). Since you like Kingdom Hearts you may like it, while totally unique from KH it does have a bit of a similar vibe. Personally I think it's one of the best games on the DS.

For the PS2, I'd echo much of what's been said. Based on your likes I'd say certainly look into Okami (one of the best "Zelda" games in years). Also along the lines of adventure games, Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, two masterpieces. Then for just absurd fun I love Katamari Damacy. It's one of the reasons I wanted a PS2, it's happiness in a box!

Thanks for the help guys, although I was originally going to get The World Ends With You and Katamari Damacy. But I ended up going with Toma's suggestion and went with Chrono Trigger, and then I saw a Dragonball game while I was looking up Chrono Trigger and had to buy that XD, Dragonball Origins for the DS. So thanks for all the help! I wouldn't have even thought of the game Chrono Trigger if it wasn't mentioned.
