    Why wouldn't my sig picture work. Its small enough for it. Below is what's happening.

    You appear to be hotlinking to someone's Deviant Art account (or it might be your own, hard to say from a plain URL).

    You need to upload your picture to a photo hosting site to get it to work. Don't forget to check it meets the signature rules.
