    please see this item

in the auction was clearly reported that the shipping from UK to Italy(my country) are 15 gbp, about 30 usd. For me it was ok,so I bid on. And I won the transformer.

Today I received an invoice from that seller concernig the item payment:now he want 46 gbp ,about 92 usd, to let me have repugnus.

    That's ridicolous.
what I have to do now? report it to ebay?

Tell him no, you'll pay what the auction stated. If he doesn't like that, no sale.

Exactly what MMM said. He specified a shipping price, and he should stick to it. Otherwise you can report him to eBay for jacking up the shipping.
Good deal, BTW; I was watching that myself, but forgot all about it.

Yeah, that's a good idea, and just put a note on there that says something to the effect of "I don't know how this extra charge got added, but I removed it for you".

Oh, that shipping issue, I'm getting sick of it!!
In 8 years on eBay, I only once (bout a month ago) had a guy, who mailed me the receipt of shipment with exactly the same price as he was claiming. Otherwise they always steal some bucks from you. ADVICE: look at the UK and US postal sites for rates to Italy. Take plain airmail from UK, First Class from US. From UK to Italy for Repugnus, 5-7 UKpounds. Repugnus from US to Italy, 13-16 US dollars,
at most. 15 GBP is way too much!!good luck

yep, I've shipped lots over seas in the past, small packages are only around 10 to 15 bucks by surface mail, 20 by air mail.

now if it was fort max or trypticon, then it would be a lot more expensive, but not for a small figure like that.

I find alot of people from the us are ripping us people from canada new ones on shipping. I had won a alt rodimus and paid the $10 for shipping and the guy said its much more for canada blah blah..I get the damn thing and shipping was $6. I was buying a small figure for my gf for her collection and the item was under 1lb and under 6 inches for this tinkerbell thing and he has shiping for the usa $6 and said its $45 to canada.
