Floating it there in a helium balloon, why didn't I think of that? Funny though. As for pulling the wheelbarrow, it's buried. And I don't think I am strong enough to pull it through snow. I can barely pull it without snow .
Glad you found the solution but it sounds liek the one trip exhausted you. I'm not surprised the bag didn;t sink in the snow, I didn't think it would. Why not use the cardboard sled idea but add the horse to it.
I hope that Silverbolt appreciates all of the work that you do to care for him. 50lb bags accross 500ft on a regular basis, wow! I'm happy if someone brings me a bowl of microwave chicken soup when I have a cold. lol
Reading this makes me glad my Dad made me carry those shingles on to the roof as a kid. And haul logs. And shovel stones. And carry anything heavy in general. Its good to know that I don't need to bust out the calculator and engineering skills to move a 50 pound bag. I hope you've got the other ones moved by now. If not maybe its time to invest in a quad or snow mobile.
I hope he appreciates it too. *grumble grumble* I don't have a truck. Wish I did though! I am saving up my pennies. Yeah that would be great if I wasn't a 5'0 girl and that the bags are half my weight each. When someone invents a working portal gun, let me know .
Not that live in the area. And now it's snowing again, at least I got 2 bags back there. I did another one yesterday.
