Help Identifying This TF Weapon (?)

    Was looking through some boxes in the basement, picking out all the misplaced G1 weapons, and I happened upon this one. I'm not sure who it goes to, or if it's a Transformer weapon at all. It has a distinct look and feel of a post-86-movie accessory. I've already tried looking on Transformersland and TFU and I can't seem to find it.

    Has anyone here seen this before?

    I honestly don't think that's a TF weapon. I could be wrong, but the aesthetic just seems off somehow to me.

    Yeah, I'd sooner think it's from an action figure or playset.
