haha, that's actually pretty cool. A car mode and beast mode. Kibble looks pretty limited too.

Based on the brief descriptions, they are parts-formers. That said, I kinda want one.

If they make the large scale ones again I might get a couple. The larger roadbots were pretty awesome...smaller ones...not so much.

They look like nightmarish partsforming POS... Beast parts have nowhere to go in the 2 other modes.

I have seen a few of the older Roadbots in a few stores but they just look like cheap KOs to me.

I have a few of the older roadbots. Smaller ones were pretty bad, ko quality.
The large scale ford GT I have is pretty awesome though, doesn't feel anywhere as cheaply made as the small toys.

Which is why if they make some of these in the oversized scale I'll probably be tempted to try one out.

mais oui. la definition d'un Knock off depend juste de la qualite plastic. ca fait beaucoup de sens.

i wish bought these back then. pascal there's some in montreal i think. in atwater, near the cinema there's a specialty store there which still carries the older versions. 1:24

It's kind of a shitty idea in the sense of a robot that somehow turns into a sports car AND gorilla, but it's kind of cool...in an ugly step-child kind of way.

Some of those look pretty decent. I wouldn't mind parts-forming as long as they are well-made. Definitely see some Zoids mimicry in the animal modes.

Not bad, not interested, but a cool idea and execution none the less.
