Yeah, they go away. I had a heel spur in high school. Took a couple of months, but it eventually took care of itself.

Ok, I know it's our fault for telling you to use punctuation. We should have been clearer: please start using punctuation in the right places.

So i decided to read this and pay attention this time, and I not being a doctor, think you have fallen arches maybe. But it could also be Vascular Bone Disorder common in people in siberia. It causes the bones in the foot to deteriorate to the point where you have to take supplements in order to regrow the bones in your foot. It is very painful from what i've heard from my friends in siberia.

Are we talking about Plantar Fasciitis here?

I had that for well over a year and it was farking agony. No idea why it developed. And I found that walking in such a way to avoid the pain was actually making it worse. It can cause the heel bone to grow a spur which just makes the problem more serious and can lead to needing surgery to fix it. Once I adjusted my walking a bit the pain eventually went away and now all is well.

Plantar fasciitis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

But don't take my - or anyone else's - word for it. Go see a damn doctor before you're crippled.

Why go see a doctor? They're totally useless and probably just going to fake an MRI and prescribe unnecessary meds to benefit their pharamceutical fraternity buddies and then operate on you for shits and giggles. I'm confident that a dude who works at a movie theater is far more capable of providing quality guidance. :D

Nah - my doctor was pretty good. He told me what it was right away and gave me some meds to take down the swelling and kill the pain. Now if I'd also taken his advice about not walking on the balls of that foot because of the aching I'd have probably healed up about a year quicker. Zod knows what I'd been doing because at one point both feet were like it.
