Awesome! I know that Eric said he was going to try and make Shockwave but the Insectitrain is a surprise. If he is involved with these, then consider them bought. I really want to support him. It's a shame the awesome insecticon logo probably won't be on it. =(

 

I feel like sending Hasbro an e-mail that says, "Look, these guys are making Insecticons. If you tell me to wait for yours, I'll wait, but then you better back it up, okay? If you're not planning on any just tell me! I don't want to get Rumble/Frenzy-burned again, but I need some Insecticons!"

Very nice...Shockwave great idea especially with the movie coming out mid year that should boost sales on the "Cyclops" figure. Good time to do a shockwave redo. And the insect train, very awesome. So thats 5 decepticon/bad guys ----annihilator, 3 insects, shockwave. Optimus is going to need help at the train depot, who could MMC design as the next autobot? Bumblebee maybe?

If some of the recent redesigns of G1 characters are any indication I'd hate to see what Hasbro would do to the Insecticons.

They'd probably make them on the cheap and make all 3 from the same mold and have them turn into cars or something.

 

Argh!! Lovin' it! 2011 is going to be amazing for fans of 3rd party TF's.

Man I sure hope they don't f#ck these guys up! Those designs are oozing awesomeness & if the finished figures don't do the characters justice... Man, I sure hope Mastermind Creations do them right!   *rubs hands together in anticipation*

 

Hey, if the robot modes are as accurate to the old cartoon models as RtS (or is it Generations?) Perceptor is, they can turn into cars and it'll be just fine with me.

I mean, you'll take 'em as a train but not as cars?

 

After a last few Takara United figures and MP Hot Rod I'm just going to collect 3rd party Transformers and not bother with anything official any more because I'm finding less & less that intrests me.

That would be the same Perceptor that has one of the ugliest alt modes in TF history, one that has nothing in common with the G1 original.

An Insectitrain is at least something original, the official lines have more than enough car-bots.

This looks really good. I like they way this line of transformers is headed hopefully they keep making this line besides shockwave and the insecticons..oops sorry for the caps  

 

I hope Cyclops is next. And based on the numbering, it looks like he will be. Even though all we have is a silhouette, I'm more excited about him than three bugs that form a train.
