If anyone is interested in purchasing a box set of the above named series, includes all three shows (new in the box), just let me know. You will pay what I paid for them, and I'll include shipping. The sets are brand new but the wrap has been removed. I removed it to see if the discs would play, but they don't play on my player, because they are PAL format. I was told before purchasing them, that they were region free, but sadly that wasn't the case.

I had the same issue with someone from this board. Region free means no region not region free = pal. People need to learn this kinda stuff.

Will a computer read them? Where are they from?

 

yep they will play in any pc with a dvdrom and dvd playing software

 

how's the subs? are these the one with G1 boxes?

 

Also, you can now purchase region free dvd players for a pretty descent price.

In the original auction, it stated that the dvd's would play in any region dvd player. There was no mention of the discs being PAL whatsoever.
I have enough common sense to know that my dvd plays only R1 discs, and/or region free discs. I would not have made the purchase had I known the discs would only work on a dvd player that was equipped to play PAL.

 

Sorry if I came off taking a shot at you I didn't mean it like that. I bought an armada set from someone here who told me they would play in any normal dvd player, ps2, and xbox guess he just needed to scam someone as the discs are pal and wouldt play in my dvd player or ps2 & since my xbox is hacked I could set it to region free and make them play. So if anyone goes to buy these discs find out if they are pal or ntsc and dont listen to the region free bs because its not true even your computer will tell you they have a region code.
