after finishing recasting all the lost orders i had in the last month i set down and wanted to bash , so i picked up an old wip of mine and starting working on it full power.

high brow began as a junker ( hence the missin rotor- maybe i'll build one from styrene ,and maybe not ),and gort came from my buddy Demonss.

as some of u may know i have a soft spot for HM and HM are the ones who brought me to bash in the first place ( broken beck assembly on horribull).

i gave HB a full articulating
    1. SHOULDERS-are now on ball joints (from a misc zoid )

2.ARMS- are mounted on a ball joint (actually acts as double ball joint with the shoulders , taken from the waist of a classic seeker ,the whole leg assembly was cut to fit the arms of HB ,the seeker legs collapse into "the arm " and their knee acts as an elbow.

3.HANDS -2 sets of articulated fist( alternator ones and gundam ones),and they are mounted on ball joints , when in helicopter mod ,i used the thrusters from the seeker mold to cover the sockets for the ball joints .

4.LEGS- i used the classic jetfire mold legs ,as they also collapse , had lots of fun/trouble to fit them in HB original legs .they now provide upper leg and knee articulation ,and also side movement.

5.WAIST - redid the original waist with classic jetfire waist ,and re sculpted new details with putty and styrene .

6.Gort- got the royal treatment ,and got new more bulky arms ( i cant remember from with g1 bot i have taken them ) mounted on ball joints for the shoulder , the head was cut and was mounted on a ball joint ( yes it still fit in HM mod)

    7. HB head - i hate the female looking face of his original toy ,so with the help of the amazing reference library in SECTOR70 (TNX hXcpunk23) i found this image and new that this is the new look
    [IMG]
i created the head by removing the original face and transplanting alt Swindle face and removing the chin ...

8.FIRE POWER- a.new machine guns are now the new weapon of choice for HB.they are made from kataboyka Gatling guns kit ,and the inner tube of the plastic bag for doggy poo :)  ;b. the front macine gun is movie landmine weapon ,reversed the bullets to face down ,and adjusted the peg to fit.; c. two extra machine guns were taken from a ko cybertron landmine exhaust pipe ,glued and chromed ; d. some random rifle :)

    9. LANDING GEAR -HB had an annoying landing gear that had 2 wheels ,so i remove those and installed a new one , taken from cybertron thundercracker .

10.ELECTRONICS-- now HB has some shooting lights , there is a shock sensitive switch in the cockpit , and by tapping your finger on the cockpit , it will activate 2 LED's blue (weak LED) AND RED (strong LED), stimulating a fire action .

    here is a live demonstration
    YouTube - ‪headmaster highbrow light test‬‏

i used all kinds of misc decals for this guy , form several model kits/zoids/gundam , paints were revell's enamels ,p3 , and acrylic spray for the blue .

WOW...love it... I have a question since I also use Revell Enamels... what type a sealer o you use? do you incorporate/mix a finish (say floor polish) in there and brush?

Do you perhaps know how and with what I could mix to get a duravle paint without the need of painting twice? (referring to a topcoat/sealer)
