The Horde stactions are badass! I got em' all! Hordak is indeed awesome, even if he has the lean...I've had his staff broken 3 times! GRRR....

Oh? I didn't know that the staction figures were that fragile! Sorry to hear about the breakage though! I must admit that I was disappointed that the line was canceled before Hordak was released.

Am I the only one here who thinks this is a REALLY shitty thing to do/bad idea? Bad enough to have a limited SDCC exclusive...but to make a VARIANT of an SDCC exclusive?

    Ugh.

Glad to have this back. It would definitely be sweet to have these on the classic cards, ala GI Joe 25th.

Marvel Legends style was cool like 4 years ago but now it just looks like recycled, generic ass. This new He-Man looks cool but the stylized Four Horsemen sculpts were so nice that it looks a little boring by comparison.

Although, it is nice to see them come back. I won't be getting them at all. There is a time in my life I would be all over the upcoming line, but now I must think about publishing and the money it will require to accomplish it. Building a career in my field through publishing papers in scientific journals is more important for me than collecting action figures. I am pretty happy with the last line of figures and stactions.

I'm liking the new look, and glad to hear He-man is coming back (and without any silly built-in action features this time!!)
For those that missed it, theres been a proto of He-man himself done in this style floating around for a while now:

I'm actually digging the more classic style they're shooting for this time.. just hoping piss-poor case ratios and rampant short-packing of virtually anybody but variants of Skelletor and He-man don't totally kill my interest in this.

Not only are these in scale with the 4H DCUC figures, they are also in scale with the 4H 7th kingdom figures! Similar articulation on all 3 lines too!

eh, i'm selling off most of the 2003 heman because i just dont have the space for them, so i doubt i'll buy any of these...maybe a merman since he's my favorite...but thats probably it...though if any other villians look really cool, i may get them, cuz i do love the look of the villians...

Yeah, I am hoping the same thing. I thought the last line was pretty sweet, until we started seeing all these garbage He-Man and Skeletor variants. Some figures I never saw once due to poor ratios or distribution (Roboto, any of the Snakemen wave).

Here's hoping they do things right this time.

yeah, i had to ebay all those later figures...and then many months later i found them on clearance at a ROSS store...but by then, no one really wanted them...i was able to trade them in for some comics, and got about regular retail...

The figure ratio has been guaranteed by Mattel not to be a problem at all. So Im pretty confident this wont be an issue and since now they will be fAN oriented I think can be a great asset
