    Hi,

Have you ever wanted something so bad you had to let go of your transformers? And I mean something non-TF related. Cell phone, playstation, clothes, DVDs, etc.

And "cash" is not an acceptable answer ;)

    ca$h!!! Oh, wait.......err..

Oh, but seriously. Yes & I kick myself so hard about it all the time.
At some point through my growing up I was super majorly into basketball cards & traded huge chunks of my TF collection (G1) & comic collection for basketball cards on numerous occasions.. arrggg, I hate the thought.

It has been the other way around for me... trading Star Wars for TF's.

I think years and years ago I traded slugslinger (my g1 darkwings real partner in crime) for some genesis game. "lightening force:quest for the darkstar" my favorite game on a system full of legends. could probably get it cheap these days, slugslinger won't be cheap to find another of. Still he was very played with by that point and had significant sticker wear/ no accessories.

I prefer not to trade... Usually it works out that I sell stuff, then buy more stuff with the cash I get.

I like trading. It's a lot better than naming a price at times.

I traded a few Armada TF's for my good ol' friend Chaosbringer_00's NES.

Do I regret it? Not so much, they were Armada TF's. ;)

    Well actually I do, a little. I'm a wimp.

Basically when I was 6 I wanted more money to buy Dino-Riders. Goodbye original Ultra Magnus, Powermaster Optimus Prime, Galvatron, Flamefeather, Sky Lynx, and God knows who else. :(

All I have left from that era is Nightbeat with his partner Muzzle. Sadly, I have no idea what happened to the guns.

    Yup,
All the time.Still do.Don't regret it at all.I've traded Alternators for vintage Star Wars.I've traded re-issues for the Maxx and Spawn stuff. When I first started back up I bought a huge pile off of a friend and traded alot of the newer stuff like pretenders for older stuff from 84.You can't spend your life regretting what you've done.Your talking about someone that had alomost a full set of G1 in the 80's only to have dumb mom say you are too old for toys BAM YARD SALE! Everything is replacable if you want it bad enough!I never will trade anything out of my main G1 collection though unless it is for other G1 stuff.I love to wheel and deal it is the best.I went from just a few to all of 84,85,and nearly 86 on just about $600.-$800. it is alot eaisier than it sounds.I had to figure it out since I have 5 kids that always need or want.Besides when you trade it keeps in in the circle!
