i dont know if this was made Before or something, but i was wodnering Have you Ever went to any botcon?

For me, i never went to one, and i dont think i wil lbe able to go to any botcon  

What about you, have you ever went one?

 

I have been to Botcons 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2008. And as soon as they hold another one within a day's drive of my house, I'll go to another one.

 

Where is the 'I have been to multiple BotCons' button? I feel jipped!

I've been to 2004 (the "unofficial" one that the Hartmans ran in Pasadena), 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. I'm definitely going next year too.

 

Short answer: Yes.

Slightly longer answer: Only for one day (Sat.) at Botcon '08.

 

There should be a multiple Botcon button. If I'm lucky enough to make it to Botcon 2011 it wil be the 5th year in a row.

 

Orlando was my first Botcon and hopefully not my last. I also wouldn't mind going to Toronto to see how that convention is.

 

Haven't made it to BotCon yet. Almost went in 2008, if it wasn't for my brother being uncooperative in helping me out with the travel arrangements.

Not going in 2011, but I will aim to go in 2012, even more so if it's located somewhere within the Midwest.

 

Not yet, but 2011 will be my first.

 

2011 will be 2nd and 2010 was my first almost went in 2008 its like cookies once you have one you want another and another and another and another till you are crazy i say CRAZY

HAve to agree. This was my first Botcon and I miss it already and can't wait for my next one. I live 4 hours from this past Botcon so the next one will be far, but I am working on saving some money to make the next one.

 

I have NEVER been to 1 nor have I EVER been to ANY type of event like botcon,SW celebratings,SDCC, you name it I have never been too. Where I live in NW Ala, nothing ever comes close enough. I REALLY want to go but I know that would never happen cause it takes a few thousand dollars for the whole trip on any event out of state for which I don't have.

 

First, I need a car and a job. And prenission from my parents and then OFF TO BOTCON!!

 

I went to Botcon 2002, but I didn't have the Botcon Survival Guide back then. So I didn't really talk to anybody and spent most of my time either in the dealer room or bored in my hotel room. Kind've a crappy experience.

Going to Botcon 2011 after a hiatus almost spanning a decade. Gonna try my best to not do the whole 'terrified social introvert' thing and actually talk to some folks about some space robots.

Looks like every other year for me. Hopefully I can break that trend next year. Ive been wanting to do a West Coast con but just haven't been fortunate enough yet.

I only knew about them in late 2008 and plus being in England I have to pick and chose.

Since I am going to USA this year for comic con, star trek in LV and star wars celebration in Orlando, I couldnt go to this years con.

I mean if it was the same year as the 3rd movie then I would have tried to go otherwise I would have to go to US twice this year

 

Finally went to my first BotCon this year.

Trying to figure out how I could possibly make it to Pasadena next year, financially speaking. On-time mortgage payments are a bit more important to me than toy robot cons.  

 

That's hardcore.

I'm going to Celebration, too. But luckily it's only two hours from my home.
