My friend and I were talking today, and he mentioned how much he wished I bought his AFA 85 Liokaiser (flawless, shoulda been 90 easy). And oh how much I regret not getting it. It also makes me think about all the rare figures I sold right after I got them. Flawless misb Artfire, Soundblaster, Trainbots set, Gift sets galore. Even now I am passing on stuff I think I will regret later just because I am waiting for Botcon. I really really hope figures are cheaper at Botcon. What have you passed up and regret now?

I've regretted passing up on these:

    1. Lucky Draw Black FireConvoy (for 30000 yen, about $300 CDN)
    2. Japanese BW VS-1S (Red bat Primal/Blue croc Megs) for $35USD
    3. Japanese BW Metals Optimal Optimus for about $90USD (having a hard time finding this)

Universe Skywarp, though I've just bought one off of someone on here, :thumb  , and I should be getting it some time around this weekend if not just after. Other than that, I can't really think of any, lol. :D

Quite the opposite. I've purchased so many things only to regret them later.

The only toys that come to mind is the 2003 Python Patrol set. I saw it and didn't care much for it at the time but I wish I had bought it. I also passed on a set a year ago on e-Bay that went for under $20. Not too long ago I bid on one but it went for over $30 so I passed. I'm sure I will have another chance at it though.

I also regret not buying a N64 before my local Rhino store closed and an original NES many years ago before e-Bay came along. Now it will cost me a little more to get them. I really don't care for old vintage figures since they go for more money than I'm willing to pay. If I can find one cheap then I buy it. If you are only talking about really rare and expensive items then no I don't have any regrets.

A lot, actually, but currently regretting the most would be WSTF Thundercracker, Skywarp, and Cliffjumper.

I had a chance to get them for a reasonable price years ago, and now I can't find ANY of them. I've been searching ebay daily and I always seem to miss them (If and when they ever DO pop up) or get outbid for well over $100 each.

At this point I'm prolly better off having someone custom paint 2 Starscreams and a Bumblebee for me. It wouldn't be the same, but I'd probly be happy with that.

What sucks is this is the only "incomplete" line that I collect that I'm a "completest" about.

And don't even get me started on the Magnus armour or the Megs accessories.

I hope to hell I have some luck at Botcon. If I see the any of them or the new WSTF Arcee and is it Dirge? I'll drop down the cash instantly.

And yes, Redline, I hate you. ... j/k

    Yeah, him, too :(

I forgot about the Commemorative Series. I regret not buying Hot Rod and Starscream when I had the chance. Actually I think they are the only ones I don't have. I got all the others except Jazz, Magnus, both Primes, Astrotrain, Sideswipe, and Soundwave on sale.

Toys can always be bought at a future date for an inflated price. If you try that on most women, you're liable to be arrested. :(

The only toy I regret is taking back my TM2 BW Megatron (acronyms, hooooooo!) to replace him for a TM2 Tigerhawk. Now I wish I had megs and would have to pay more than I'm willing to pay for him :p

If women count, I'm took the cake just this evening. She was GORGEOUS; she was takin' a gander over at your's truly; and uhh... I uhh... I didn't even try to move in.

Yes friends, I am an idiot.

But alas, as far as the much less painful topic of toys is concerned, missing out on the last few years of G1, and most of the original G2 molds tends to leave a mark.

But not nearly as bad of one as not even trying with the womens :banghead:  :banghead:  :banghead:

    Have fun, all!!!
