Ever been put in a position to meet a fellow fan.. and felt weird about it?

 

No, I've met a couple of people from this site, for trades and such, and they've all been pretty cool.

 

Actually yes. I was at Botcon 2004 (at least I think thats what it was) and I noticed by overhearing a loud conversation that a guy that was talking was staff/a mod here. Unfortunately, I was in a bit of a rush and didn't have the time for a proper introduction/conversation. I'm also admittedly not a very good social person and was a bit nervous, so I continued about my business. I feel bad that I didn't say anything after the fact though.  

 

I've met Asquian, VF-XX, Sidecutter, and DeeJay. All were pretty cool. I hang with Asquian regularly.

I'd be more worried about people meeting me, im the kind of guy who screams and gives a big hug upon introduction.

 

I've never met anyone but I doubt I'd be scared or feel werid.

 

It'd be interesting...dunno, I've met people out in the world I've met through other sites, and that went all right. It was more a case of "Oh, hey, I kinda know you, but now I really sort of do".

 

I'll just be scared they will get my '08 BB before me.

 

i met smang, tt and boardwise one time. i farted but didnt own up.

 

first time meeting everyone was this years botcon, it went perfectly fine, met up with razerwire and buzzbeak in chicago and flew into providence with them

hell I went up and hugged S_Megs before he even realized who I was

"OH! *beginnings prepping me for the weekend*"

 

I am very shy, so yeah I would be really nervous.

I have met a few though, and one I knew before the boards and then told him to join and found out he was already a member.

I hope to meet you all at a Botcon eventually though.

 

I've met Omegatron1, Junior, and ams, all guys from FL.

BotCon '08 will change that!

 

Not once i've seen a fellow TFW2005 meber once.Next Tfcon I'l be there.

 

Just said EAYYYYYYYY!!!!!! a lot, and it was all good.

Now we have to figure out what to say next year when we meet at Botcon 08'.
