I was trying to transform DOTM Barriacde and when I got to the part where you have to put the feet in that square thing and after 30 minutes of being on that same part I started getting really pissed so I slamed it on my couch, pulled of a leg and so I wouldn't break it I threw it acros the room. Even though it didn't break it scrached the clear plastic.
Have you ever done anything like this?
Technobot created a thread called,"How do kids actually like TF toys?" and I agree. Even though it was mostly about Sentinal Prime it goes well with other TF toys. If im a teenager and get pissed off at these things how do kids not break them? Have you ever broke a TF Toy out of anger and if so what toy was it and why? (I know a lot of people will leave hate coments, so go ahead and fill them with hate to me)

EDIT:Since it seems alot of people haven't, what about the parents on the site. Have your kids ever broke a TF.

I generally don't break things I've spent my own money on.

Even in anger I know I'd utterly regret it later so I don't do it.

Always keep a stack of something worthless nearby to smash when a bout of anger strikes.

You know what I do instead? I go work out. Lift weights, bike ride or run. Much more productive, and I don't feel guilty about what I did afterwards.

No, I know that when it comes to transforming a TF, force is never the answer. (A possible exception being Animated Ultra Magnus' Shoulders, but even these can be done with patience and thin fingers)

When I was 9, right after watching Optimus Prime die in the movie, I took my G1 Prime outside, threw it straight up in the air and let it fall to the street several times until it was dead. A dark (dumb) day.

i guess it depends on how old you are. if you're like 5 to 10 than i can see it happening...if you're older than that....it's just sad.

especially if it's a toy that makes you so upset.

    You guys are crazy.

Such behavior should be reserved for game controllers & copy machines.

I leave them on my shelf half-transformed, where they are forced to exist somewhere between life and death, car and bot, never to understand which of the two they really are.

    Poor Ironhide.

Other than that, no. I don't break things just because I can't figure something out or the toy is a little fiddly. I go get coffee and play a game and then come back to it later. Anger management is key.

I haven't broken any Transformers in anger, but I did break Generations Dirge a while ago.

Now alarm clocks - that's different. I've literally smashed 3 or 4. Me and alarm clocks don't get along, lol.

Nope, not ever. Myself and anger are only passing acquaintances.
