TFcon Toronto - Canada's Transformers Collectors Convention
Sweet can't wait for pix.
I hope people ask relevant questions instead of ******ed ones.
someone, PLEASE bring a camera, theres no way i can get to Canada
Got you covered. If they allow cameras that is.
awesome!! maybe we'll get some real answers about Devastator, and the hopeful continuation of the animated line.
It is soo funny too how they always pick the people who for some reason have to ask that ******ed question...like when will leader blackout be made?.....
I was thinking of the ones that keep asking things like "ARE YOU GOING TO BRING BACK ALTERNATORS? I KNOW YOU SAID NO AT THE LAST 3 CONVENTIONS, BUT I THOUGHT I'D ASK AGAIN."
But yeah, glad I'm not alone on this.
Dear god, Please, Please, PLEASE someone ask them what they plan to do to FIX their horrible quality control issues.
Here's my photo set from last year's TFCon:
Hasbro had a bunch of packaged and out of package pre-release stuff there last year. They let people take turns transforming/playing with their out of package stuff, it should be great this year!
Good to see they're back again this year.
Last year, the Hasbro reps were great people. They got a bunch of us to help them set up their display cases and figures, which was pretty neat, and we got to fiddle around with Universe Ironhide and Silverbolt aside from that (they had them out for people to fiddle with).
Now, it's true that they got a bunch of free labor. But hey - I got an oppurtunity to fiddle with a Leader Bulkhead. In fact, that pretty much sold me Leader Bulkhead, which as a result I bought a few months later...
...well. It seems Hasbro did indeed win on all accounts.
They also gave that leader Bulkhead away to an attendee at the end of the show.
wow, that is always good news when Hasbro is this willing to join in with cons
Too bad i cant go to Canada..
Someone please, please, please ask about the FUTURE OF TRANSFORMERS ANIMATED...
Hasbro was great last year at TFcon, they brought a ton of stuff to show, were engaging to the fans, and put on a great panel. I can't wait to see what they do this year!
I wonder if Hasbro US will force them to not show anything for spurious bullshit reasons, like they did over here at the UK Toy Fair.
I'm going to try and make it this year.
I am going, but don't think I'll be asking anything. I will most likely hide from them
