Yeah, sorry to hear about that. Recently, about half my movie dlx figs came with a slightly crushed bubble, but I decided not to go through the hassle of waiting to return them again since I usually open the figs anyway.

 

From the looks of these boxes, it would seem Hasbro is employing a bunch of Coke-heads in the shipping department.

Off-topic but relevant, they don't ship outside the US, do they? I kinda regret not picking this one up at Botcon.

 

They currently only ship to the 50 US states.

Coke has a small department devoted to damaging Pepsi Prime boxes. My job there is to throw it against the wall once before it gets packed. Its a service I do for free...really cuts down on the stress.
