    Hasbros...

KRE-O GI-JOE is SUCH a no brainer. Do it!

    Kre-O-JO? C'mon!

Want a Snake-Eyes Kreon, and some day, an Old Snake Kreon.

I wonder if Hasbro really believes Battleship will be as big as Transformers for them?

That movie has box office flop and Rassie awards written all over it. I've been wrong before though (at least about box office). We'll see...

No mention at all of the trilogy line, just the comment that almost all Tformers would be Prime stuff.

The Battle Ship stuff sounds good, though I'm slightly disappointed that it doesn't sound like they'll be doing any action figures. I'd love to see the alien design made as a 6" action figure. Would probably display nicely with my Halo figures.

Nothing too surprising from the Transformers blurb. Kre-O sounds like it'll be good. The "quest for energon" theme sounds interesting. There is one line that I find kind of interesting:
Is it me, or does it sound like retailers have finally lost interest in stocking anymore movie refuse?

Sounds more like Hasbro basically saying: Hey, this is the new visual style for the franchise now. Get use to it.

At least when it comes to the main line. We're obviously still going to get some Generations and a few left over movie toys.

So, did they completely nix the 'Movie Trilogy' line?

I would be ok with that. Honestly I am over the movie molds and plan to spend my money on Prime figures and Generations. I cannot think of a single Movie trilogy type toys I would want at this point...

Am reading this right? They're going to use the facial expressions of Transformers Prime for all transformers, or am I being too literal?

Some might suggest those with larger collections are more likely to look for them outside of standard retail?

I totally agree. I will be more than happy to not see any movie stuff on the shelf and to see the Prime design dominate. I think retailers are sick of having movie crap warm the shelves too. They don't have to worry much about losing the movie line, they will have those same crap figures they already have on the shelves for another year or two anyway.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but isn't that just referring to the TFP mainline officially hitting stores?

Don't forget Generations :)  its still rumoured but I hope we at least see that Trailbreaker and Hoist that has been heavily hinted at.
