Interesting. Still hoping it's gonna be at least as good as Animated.

Eh, doesn't really say anything new or worthwhile. Just a corporate report on things we already knew.

Keep up the great work Hasbro!

PS. Stretch Armstrong and Battleship... Battleship, sounds like a board game so i assume the movie will be based on that?? and Stretch Armstrong, eh... never heard of it :/ it's probably gonna be more challenging translating those into live-action... Battleship may catch casual viewers who are into naval warfare or just fans of war movies in general, but Stretch Armstrong... hmmmm.. let's hope they know what they're doing.. their main, sure-shot brand really at this point is Transformers... and i think "My Little Pony" imho is better known than Stretch Armstrong or Battleship...

I'd really like to see a Transformers block. Maybe an Episode of the new series, followed by 2 or 3 episodes from past series, as well. (Including Animated.)

A "Battleship" movie? :peoples:  So, what, 90 minutes of two guys dressed as admirals dramatically shouting "B-7!" "Miss! ... E-3!" "Miss!"

I like how Transformers 3 is referred to simply as 'the third installment. Doesn't sound like this train stops any time soon.

From what I heard, it will be about aliens invading earth and staging their bases in the oceans, which leds to all kinds of naval warfare fun.

So far, all we've heard about Battleship is something about a human navy taking on some sort of alien armada. And it will star TOM ARNOLD!

    It's guaranteed to be good!
    (or something)

The Hub IS a channel. You should get it if you get Discovery Kids right now.

Stretch Armstrong was a toy quite a number of years ago (first introduced in 1976, apparently. I remember the version from the early 1990's), which featured limbs which could be stretched out and contorted in all sorts of ways, yet would return to their original shape and position when relaxed.

I have NO idea who thought Stretch Armstrong was worth reviving, let alone who thought a movie sounded like a good idea.

You don't know what the game Battleship is?
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battleship_(game)

However, this is the first I've heard of these movies based off of games, and I'm really surprised. I mean, considering the last based-off-of-a-boardgame movie; Clue, seems to be relatively unpopular (I for one thought it was pretty good considering the source material), but at least there were characters already established for that.

But Battleship...I really don't think it will turn out well.
