We have received the following statement from Hasbro
This is good. This is what I wanted to hear. At least someone official took the time to say "hey, I acknowledge that this wasn't altogether cool."
That's really nice of them to tell us this! Well this may mean we may gett he first edition figures later on this year!
Good enough for me!
Good news, but I fear they'll be hard to find if they do come out. I mean, even harder to find than the Wave 1 Deluxes we did get.
Why do they sound surprised to learn that we want these toys?
Acknowledgement is always good. As is confirmation that they'll try and get them to US retail at some point.
Great. Now TRU will stock them and pad the price Animated style.
i hope this isn't like the botcon seekers where they get released a couple years down the line.
Talk about a response. I haven't regretted getting Voyager Prime and Bulkhead shipped from a Canadian bro. They are amazing. It's good to know the molds will make their way here sooner or later. Hopefully this redeems themselves in the eye of those who are angry.
Maybe I'll get Bulkhead eventually afterall.
You know what, this is more then good enough for me.
Thanks Hasbro for responding on this. I guess the amount of e-mails about this had forced their hand for a response. Not fact, just theory.
Some members talked about writing letters to Hasbro directly. We can all thank their efforts.
It's good that this sounds really sincere. People who are calling out Hasbro for "canceling" the line should have things cleared up now.
That doesn't really answer anything.
Why did they not expect to sell these in the US? And why wait almost a year after the series just to NOT sell the first toys???
I am so glad that I don't really care a whole lot about any PRIME lines. Only 1 or 2 figures tops.
Now, where is the guy who has to mockingly yell out "HAZBRO HATEZ US!!!" ?
Aces, Hasbro. Aces.
Meh... I was thinking that they would hit ROSS and MARSHALL's.
