    Ebay:
hes referred to as a cassette on the packaging. change of heart, cause they did previously say he was going to be a storage container.

Damn, I was really hoping for those last two waves of Robot Heroes. Here's to seeing them released somehow.
Tigatron/Inferno and Predaking/Ricochet were seen in Singapore, ah well :(

ooops! i coulda sworn it was storage container-someone told me that he was...i think it was said in a video review, i went off that-sorry!

but still, my car uses cassettes. Cassettes arent outdated completely-but portable cassette players are (just trying to come up with something)

they should make him an I-POD or a Zune

And this site's questions appear once more to have been lost to the mists of oblivion. Curses. Anyway...

    - Animated - Nice to hear releases for this line are planned for throughout 2009, if for no other reason than to keep some variety on the shelves. I'd wager on the end of May seeing the release of a new Deluxe wave with E-Soundwave/Arcee/F-Jazz/Ratchet and a new Voyager wave with G-Grimlock/HDBB/Blackout/WB-Prime. Wheeljack sounds like a distinct possibility too, so that should be neat.
    - Universe - Finished for the year, other than exclusives, not that that's a huge shock or anything. Hopefully a few more Universe-intended repaints will be dumped into ROTF as store exclusives. Sounds like more Targetmasters possible when the line returns.
    - ROTF - Nothing new, really, although I'm interested to see these neat toys that haven't been revealed yet (Jetfire? Jetfire/Prime combination?). Not too impressed with the prospect of more Premiums, although it kind of sounds like this batch might be more store exclusives than widespread release. I'll definitely pass on Premiums, if they are released, though. Also not too happy that Gunbarrel and Reverb aren't coming out (the value of the few that did get out just shot through the roof after this Q&A session), although I can understand it, with the Target Superion and Bruticus sets coming.
    - MP Grimlock - Definitely going to wait for a possible US release now.
    - Mighty Muggs - Well, that side-line idea sure didn't go anywhere, did it? First wave is barely even out and it's already Tango-Uniform.

Can a mod explain why we keep getting the shaft on Q&A?

Oh well, here's to hoping for an Animated Rodimus for my Roddy shelf.

I guess I'll keep my ROTF buying to scouts until we learn more about premiums.

    I got sigged! Awesome!

Hasbro should be in politics, they'd do a damn fine job in office. (No, not going political, just cracking on them for their dodgy nature)

That was some of the best spin and convoluted yes and no I've seen in a while. Not getting the figures would be the suckiest part of all, but second place goes to not knowing. That really grinds my gears.

Yeah, what is up with that? That's the second round of questions we've been skipped on. Why?

I demand answers Hasbro peopleses! I COMMAND THEE!

So I guess they must be holding back Skids' gold tooth for the premium line.

I'm really disappointed at Hasbro. They're putting so much into making sure the ROTF line is a big success, while just about every fan out there wishes the Universe and Animated lines would get the same treatment. Some people have CLEARLY expressed that they won't be buying ROTF stuff. I know I won't be buying any ROTF repaints of figures from the first movie, and I'm actually only going to buy figures I SERIOUSLY like, instead of going with my usual philosophy of buying whatever figure I don't have for the sake of getting one. XP

While I respect their decisions, I think they should at least continue the Universe line for old TF fans for the 25th anniversary.

They've hit the big time, Hollywood style. Time to ditch the losers.

If (And given Hasbros doublespeak, it's still an IF, in my experience) we're getting more Animated figures, then yay! At this point, that's about all I care about anymore.

Time to catch up on G1 while I'm sitting the rest of the year out.

While I understand the reasons for doing it, not continuing the Universe Classics line during the 25th anniversary is the epitomy of the fail the 25th is becoming.

The whole point of the line is to celebrate the history of transformers and it's getting pushed aside. If there were ever a time when it should be getting some focus it should be during the 25th. I mean put it on hold for a few months right when the movie comes out and then start it back up this year.

Yup. Except for the iffy final vehicle wave supposedly coming and that crazy box set, I'm done with Joe. I will buy whatever handful of animated deluxes they deem worthy to produce and then be done with Transformers(from Hasbro anyway).

I'll similarly use the money for a vacation, but I'm headed to my home away from home - Vegas :D
