I'm with you. Every toy reveal, every convention, it's always the same stuff. I, for one, am pretty happy with all of the ToyFair reveals today.

They're just toys, people seem to forget that.

Very much this. I'm baffled by the attitude we're seeing that, because a few figures from the tail end of the line got cancelled, the enjoyment peope got from the rest of their collection is suddenly invalidated and the other figures are now a stain on their collections. The hell?

    But...but...where's your RAEG?:lol

Personally I don't care either way. As long as there's something cool (IMO) to buy and try out, it doesn't matter if a small handful of toys never make it out to retail at the tail end. These are kid's play things after all.

Only thing I'm disappointed in is HA Soundwave and I can still get that. It may be expensive but I can get him. I'm happy with everything else I saw...except wtf is that optimus maximus thing?!

    Lol. I love that comic.

The sad thing is that usually I am in your role, MisterFanWack.

And yes, Transformers are cool (can't wait for FOC)

Edit: I am confused with Maximus too...is he his own seperate figure, or the start of a new line for Cyberverse. Some of the reports were conflicting.

I totally agree woth the OP.

Hasbro can't do right for doing wrong these days. They give us amazing figures on a regular basis, yet the moaning never ceases between each release and the next.

The feeling of self-entitlement in some areas of this fandom recently is simply astonishing, & as disheartening as it is, I quite frankly am ashamed to be a fan at times.

But otherwise, I like Transformers. :D

I feel no shame. I am not one of the ones who should feel shame.

They toys they promise us are cool. Th problem is that we don't get some of them. The awesomeness of the Generations figures that we're supposed to be getting would mostly make up for the cancellation of the Movie line to me, though, so I am somewhat content.

And it was still too much rage.

Imagine this as a thread full of Fluttershys.

That is the scariest thing I've ever heard.

Thalack- I think he means that this is a no disappointment zone, with no cursing or anything other than rainbows.

You might want to have a doctor check that out.

On topic though, while I do complain about one aspect of the presentation, on all other fronts I am quite happy with what Hasbro is presenting us. The 40 Generations figures have me interested, especially if they use it as a chance to deliver across the line (some Beast Wars, some Movie figs, so classic figures, some animated...).

I agree with the OP big time!:thumb  Sure we may have some duds so far but what about the awsome figures we're getting too? Have they forgotten about that? The really shouldn't jump the gun this soon!
